እናት፦ መጓዝ አለብኝ፤ ወደ ኢየሩሳሌም መሄድ አለብኝ።

ልጅ፦ ኢየሩሳሌም?! እናቴ፣ የበረሃው ሐሩር፣ የመንገዱ ርዝመትና ድካሙ አይጣል ነው። የሚደረግ ነገር ካለ እኔ ሠራዊቴን እልካለሁ!

እናት፦ ሠራዊት ምድርን ያስገብራል እንጂ ስለትን አይከፍልም ልጄ። ይህ ጉዞ የዛሬ ሐሳብ አይደለም፤ አንተ ወደዚህ ዓለም ከመምጣትህ በፊት የገባሁት የዕዳ ቃል ነው።

ልጅ፦ (ደንግጦ) የዕዳ ቃል? ምን ማለት ነው እናቴ?

እናት፦ ከብዙ ዓመታት በፊት፣ በጭንቅና በኀዘን በነበርኩበት ጊዜ፣ ለፈጣሪ እንዲህ ብዬ ስለት ተሳልኩ፦ «አቤቱ ጌታዬ ሆይ! ወንድ ልጅ ሰጥተኸኝ ባየው፣ ወደ ኢየሩሳሌም ሄጄ መስቀልህን እፈልጋለሁ፤ ቅዱሳን ቦታዎችንም እሠራለሁ!» አልኩት።

ልጅ፦ (በአግራሞት እያያት) ስለቱ… እኔ ነኝ ማለት ነው?

እናት፦ አዎ፣ ልጄ! እግዚአብሔር ቃሉን ጠበቀ፤ አንተን ሰጠኝ፣ አነገሠህም። ዛሬ ደግሞ በሕልሜ፦ «ወደ ኢየሩሳሌም ሄደሽ የክብር ባለቤት የሆነውን የኢየሱስ ክርስቶስን መስቀል ግለጪ፤ የተቀደሱ ቦታዎችንም ሥሪ» የሚል ትእዛዝ መጣልኝ። ስለቴን የምከፍልበት ጊዜ አሁን ነው።

ልጅ፦ እንግዲያው፣ ገና ከመጀመሪያው ለዚህ የተቀደሰ ተልዕኮ ተመርጠሻል ማለት ነው። እኔም መንገድሽን አልከለክልሽም።

እናት፦ የሚያስፈልገኝ ያንተ ምርቃት ብቻ ነው ልጄ።

ልጅ፦ ከምርቃቴም በላይ አለሽ እናቴ!

የቤተ መንግሥቱ ታላቅ በር ተከፈተ። የንጉሡ ፈረሰኞችና ሠራዊት እየሰገዱላት፣ እናት ስለቷን ለመፈፀም ፣መስቀሉንም ለመፈለግ ወደ ኢየሩሳሌም የሚወስደውን ታላቅ ጉዞ ለመምራት ወደ ፊት ወጣች።

🚀 Project Completed: Damera 2026 — Meskel Eve

Today’s project wasn’t written in code. It was built with branches, teamwork and patience.

With Meskel Eve approaching, the mission was simple: find a good place and build our Damera (ዳመራ).

I went out with my brother to collect different branches. Barzaf, Tsid, Eucalyptus, and other leafy branches. After gathering the materials, we worked together under our father’s guidance to build and plant the Damera.

At the top, we added a sunflower carefully tied into the shape of a cross. A small detail that completed the whole structure. 🌻

After the work, the result was finally ready.

Status: Damera successfully deployed.😅

The process was a bit tiring, but seeing everything come together made it worth it. Now we’re heading to church, and later tonight, we’ll gather around the Damera and celebrate Meskel together.

Some projects are built with code.
Some are built with hands, family, and faith.

Was building a full-stack Event Registration Platform (Node.js/Express(didn't cheat on Django..just wanted to learn it)+ MongoDB + Tailwind(including this) and wanted to get your feedback.

Current Features:
• RBAC: it was a must sasebewu
• Platform: Neumorphic Dark/Light toggle, live search & category filters, dynamic date/calendar fallbacks, and 1-click shareable event links (?event=ID).

What features would you recommend me adding

I'm about to ship this feature to Rize instead of burning the tokens on something else
