On Bank Holiday Monday a group of Eastern activists conducted an 11 mile hike across the glorious countryside around Therfield Heath in Hertfordshire taking in the historic villages of Kelshall and Therfield itself.

These hikes provide a great way of building physical stamina, exploring our rich past and building a sense of camaraderie.
