the 4 tips to boast egg quality if you are over 35 years of age
1) 🍱Reduce toxins in food and lifestyles - stop heating food in plastic containers and using Teflon pans
2) 😴Get Quality Sleep - this reduces stress hormones and reduce inflammation
3)🥴reduce stress level- start practice meditation, exercise , yoga , breath work , anything that catches you to be stress , take a moment to do some deep breathing exercise and count to 10. You find your heart beating slowly and able to manage the situation better 🥰. This keeps cortisols ( stress hormones )level low and focus on reproduction

Food to AVOID during pregnancy
1) 🐟 high in mercury causing neurological delay and brain damage on developing fetus ( king makerel, shark, swordfish
choose fish such as salmon, catfish, cod, and canned light tuna, which have low mercury levels. According to the US FDA, you can eat up to eight to 12 ounces of fish per week, which is two to three servings.
2) Avoid deli meats, also called ready-to-eat meats, such as sandwich meat, cold cuts, lunch meat, hotdogs, and sliced meats. They are known to contain listeria bacteria, which can readily move from the mother to the placenta causing serious complications including fetal death.
Solution: Pasteurization and cooking at a high temperature kill listeria. Thus, you should eat deli meats only after reheating until they are steaming hot .
Have a wonderful Monday .
