أولاً: تم تصنيف مشكلة إدمان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من أحد المشكلات التي تسبب في تدهور صحة الإنسان النفسية .
وذلك بعد دراسات علمية أجريت على العديد من الناس.

ثانيًا: نحنُ جميعًا نستخدم وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لغرض التعليم، أو متابعة ناس نستفيد منهم ، أو من أجل العمل، أو من أجل المتعة، والبعض بسب فراغه، وبشكل أو بآخر الكل يقضي الكثير من الوقت عليها.

ثالثًا: لماذا يقضي البعض الكثير من الوقت؟!
نحنُ جميعًا نمر بضغوظ، وبفقد، وبخسارة،وصدمة، وبفشل، وخذلان، وسقوط، وحزن،البعض منا يواجه هذه المشاعر ويبحث عن حلول لها، والبعض الآخر يستسلم لها، وبسبب هذا قد يلجأ إلى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ويبتعد عن حياته الواقعية وعلاقاتها الاجتماعية، ويعيش في العالم الافتراضي محاولاً تجاهل مشاعره ومشاكله، ويستخدم الهروب بدلاً من المواجهة.

رابعًا: أسباب قضاء وقت طويل على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي دون فائدة علمية أو عملية؟
١-الهروب من الواقع.
٢-مشاكل شخصية-أسرية-اقتصادية وغيرها.
٣-فقدان شخص عزيز.
٤-قلة المراقبة من الأبوين (وخصوصاً لفئة الأطفال والمراهقين).
٥-تكوين علاقات افتراضية،بدلاً من تكوين علاقات في الواقع.
٦-الغوص في مواقع كثيرة والتنقل من مواقع إلى آخر دون تحديد هدف واضح من الاستخدام
وهناك الكثير غير هذه الأسباب.

خامسًا: هل توجد علاقة بين إدمان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وصحتنا النفسية!
نعم، وهناك دراسة أجريت.. أن إدمان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل مفرط إحدى مسببات الاكتئاب، وتفقد الشخص مهاراته الاجتماعية، وتجعله يقارن نفسه بغيره، وقد تجعله في تشتت، وقلة تركيز، وتسويف دراسة أو عمل.

سادسًا: كيفية التعامل مع هذه المشكلة؟!
نحنُ جميعًا نعلم أن كل شيء فيه جانب إيجابي، وآخر سلبي، والإنسان هو المتحكم بالمتابعة والغوص في هذه المواقع فهو يأخذ ماينفعه ويدرك دون ذلك، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي سهلت الكثير والكثير علينا في مجال دراسة أو عمل، أو تعلم مهارة معينة، أو لغة،.. أو التعرف على ناس نستفيد من خبراتهم أو هواياتهم، أو نستمتع في مشاهدة شيء نحبه وهذا شيء إيجابي أكيد، ولكن عندما نقضي ساعة تلو أخرى، وتتأثر حياتنا الاجتماعية، والدراسية.. هنا تصبح مشكلة وعلينا مواجهتها.

ونبدأ كالآتي:-
-تحديد وقت معين لاستخدام هذه المواقع وخصوصاً المواقع التي لاتهمنا في دراسة أو عمل.

-وجود بدائل مثلاً كالقراءة، أو ممارسة هواية نحبها، أو مشاهدة شيء يهمنا،أو سماع بودكاست مفيد أو تعامل مهارة معينة، أو حفظ وسماع القرآن، أو الجلوس مع الأهل، أو التواصل مع الأصدقاء، والخروج معهم في نزهةٌ بسيطة، أو الجلوس مع النفس ومراجعة أهدافها، وأين هي؟! وكل شخص بكل تأكيد لديه أشياء يحبها، والجانب الترفيهي مهم جدًّا ولكن نعطيه حقه.

وأخيراً:
الوقت هو ثروتنا التي لاتعود أبدًا لذا ؛ علينا أن نراقب أنفسنا أين ننفق هذا الوقت... نعطي أنفسنا حقها من المرح والفرح، ولكن لايكون هذا هو السائد في حياتنا
وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تجعل الشخص مشتت والتركيز يقل لديه، مما يجعل مستوى دراسته أو جودة عمله ليس بالمستوى المطلوب.
ومانراه في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ليس كله حقيقيا الجميع هنا يعاني يارفاق، ولا أحد يشارك هزائمه، لذلك علينا أن نعلم أن وقتنا نحن مسؤولون عليه والإنسان على نفسه بصيراً، "ورسولنا الكريم"قال: «لا تزول قدم ابن آدم يوم القيامة من عند ربه حتى يسأل عن خمس: عن عمره فيما أفناه، وعن شبابه فيما أبلاه، وماله من أين اكتسبه وفيما أنفقه، وماذا عمل فيما علم» لذلك لنعيد تقييم أنفسنا والخطأ وارد والكمال ليس من صفات البشر، ولكن علينا السعي في إصلاح هذه النفس ما استطعنا إليها سبيلاً

DIAGNOSIS 🚑

The primary symptoms of this patient are all related
to impaired platelet function. Platelets are usually
