Information for active Multilogin 6 customers
Big changes suck, we get you. 😓 Especially when it concerns your business. 🏢
We will do our best to help you transition from Multilogin 6 to X as smoothly as possible.
Here's our transition plan:
🔹If you currently have an active paid subscription plan in Multilogin 6, you will get the same plan in Multilogin X. Create a new account in X with the same email you have in version 6 to get the plan automatically activated. 🔄
🔹Your plan limits will be independent in both versions. For instance, if your plan is Team, you will be able to keep up to 300 saved browser profiles in version 6 and as much in version X. This is done so you could keep working in Multilogin 6 with your old profiles while testing and adopting X. 🔄💼
🔹We are working on a browser profile migration tool that will allow copying existing browser profiles and other data from 6 to X. We estimate releasing it in Q4 2023. 🛠
🔹We will keep supporting Multilogin 6 with new browser core updates for several months. While it's becoming increasingly difficult due to our focus on X, we don't want to disrupt your existing operation. 🔄⚙️

Multilogin X - Agent update v1.9 🚀
Today we released a back-end and Agent update that enables new functionality and fixes known problems.
What's new:
➡️ Correct permission handling when downgrading a subscription plan
➡️ "MLX" was changed everywhere to "Multilogin X" (installer files, Agent, hover texts, installer windows)
➡️ Launcher downloading progress will be shown in systray
➡️ Blocked launching multiple instances of the same Agent.
➡️ Agent is now allowed to run in headless mode, so it can be started in a docker container without setting up a display.
➡️ Agent shortcut is now available in the desktop menu on Windows
Since there's no automatic update mechanism for Agent yet, existing users may download an improved version manually:

• Profile launch after browser core download: We've addressed the bug when browser profiles did not launch automatically after a core update for some accounts.
