A back-end update has been scheduled on Monday, 26th of April at 11.00 (GMT+3). During the update, short interruptions in back-end availability are possible. We expect to perform the update in 5-10 minutes.
Since yesterday we have noticed that some users may experience issues when opening profiles due to server instability. We are working hard to resolve it as soon as possible.
Good news: Singapore cluster is up. Waiting until Amsterdam will be restored too.
We have received information that our Cloud service provider has fixed the issue. Browser profiles are opening fine right now. We are closely monitoring the situation.
