In my free time, I enjoy reading books, especially non-fiction, as I like learning new things. I also like going for walks in the park to clear my mind and relax. Plus, I enjoy spending time with my family, as it’s a great way to unwind after a busy day.
I try to have a couple of hours of free time every day, but it really depends on my schedule. As a student, there are days when I have more assignments and can’t find much time to relax. On average, I would say I get around 10 to 15 hours of free time each week.
It depends on my mood. Sometimes I prefer being alone to read or reflect on my thoughts, but there are other times when I like to hang out with friends or family. Socializing can be refreshing, especially after a long week of studying or work.
When I was younger, I loved playing outdoor games with my friends. We would play football or ride bikes together for hours. I also used to spend a lot of time drawing and painting, which was something I found very relaxing.

Ertaga ko’pchilik imtihonga kiradi. Ba’zilarni ilk imtihon topshirishi, ba’zilarniki esa 2-3 marotabasi. Imtihon oldi ustozlarimdan o’rgangan ba’zi maslahatlarni siz bilan ham bo’lishmoqchiman.
1⃣ Imtihondan bir kun avval o’zingizga dam bering yoki o’zingiz yoqtirgan ishlarga vaqtingizni sarflang.
2⃣ Ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan iloji boricha foydalanmaslikka harakat qiling. Misol uchun o’zim avvallari qandaydir muhim imtihonim bo’lsa, 1-2 oy avval barcha ijtimoiy tarmoqlarni o’chirib tashlardim. Siz hech yo’q bugun ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan xalos bo’ling.
3⃣ Erta uxlashga yoting. Kechasi yetarlicha uxlashga harakat qiling, chunki to‘yib uxlamaslik diqqatni susaytiradi va stressni oshirishi mumkin.
4⃣ Yaxshi ovqatlaning. Imtihondan bir kun avval ovqatingizga e’tiborli bo’ling. Imtihonga ketishda ham och ketmang. Imtihonga kirishdan avval shokolad yeb oling. Xotirani yaxshilaydi.
5⃣ Ota-onangizdan, ustozlaringizdan duo oling. Erinmang. Dua can change everything ✨
6⃣ Qulay kiyining. Qizlar, iloji bo’lsa sochingizni yoymang. Imtihonda halaqit beradi.
7⃣ Passport yoki ID ni bir kun avval sumkangizga solib qo’ying.
