Here we can see that Tartaria had a border with Siberia. I identified rivers Ob, Bia, Irtysh, which helped me to find it on the modern map. Altai region has big lake 'Lac Altin' which can be Teletskoe Lake or even legendary ancient lake in Kurai steppe.

Just a quick view on this map raised many questions.
There are a lot of questions to Peter the Great, the last tzar of Russia and the first emperor of Russian Empire.
First, his relatives didn't recognize him after his tour to Holland. His sister was thrown into a monastery, all his companions were left, only Menschikov accompanied him instead of initial group of 150 people. In addition to rumors that tzar is fake, there was no witnesses who might proof it. Peter killed more than 800 soldiers who refused to obey and initiated a riot.
This point should be assessed more deeply, but I think it's enough to understand that this person is not than it appears. Just keeping in mind the fact that history is created by a winner what do you think about next sentence?
The new 7208th year according to the Russian-Byzantine calendar (“from the creation of the world”) became the 1700th year according to the Julian calendar.
