We aware a small number of passengers are climbing over the gate however trains are unable to depart as usual when the platform is overcrowded

目前觀塘綫各站可容納人數已接近上限，部分閘機經已暫時關閉，確保乘客安全
我們留意到有少數乘客正翻越閘機進入付費區，然而當人多擠逼時，列車亦未能如常關門載客開出
請耐心等候，緊急服務人員亦會盡快到場維持秩序
