1805 油麻地站訊號故障 觀塘綫列車服務正常； 荃灣綫列車服務嚴重受阻，可考慮其他交通工具 — Signal failure at Yau Ma Tei Station Good service on Kwun Tong Line, Severe delays on Tsuen Wan Line Consider other transport means
較早前於 1724 時，部分荃灣綫列車未能接收行車訊號，及後情況曾一度恢復正常
但部分荃灣綫列車再次未能接收行車訊號，因而需改用人手駕駛以低速前行

職員初步檢查後，發現路軌有細微的裂痕
為安全起見，列車需改用人手駕駛，以不超過 22 公里的車速前行
工程人員會盡快帶同工具到現場搶修

Platforms at different interchange stations were very crowded just before thus Island and Kwun Tong Lines trains were unable to let passengers alight smoothly and depart
The crowd is now relieving, Tsuen Wan Line will adopt non-peak hour service level as planned
