The new signalling system and trains on East Rail Line will be in service from 12/Sep (Sat)

It allows East Rail Line to increase its train per hour
from 19 currently

Information displays and automated announcements will also work with the new signalling 🔊

Engineers have conducted various tests during non-traffic hours to ensure all the systems are working together smoothly as well as the compatibility of the new and the existing trains

基於「被動安全機制」，列車需改用人手駕駛，以不高於 22 公里的車速前行
