Presently, The insurance companies are required to obtain three licenses separately for doing business in the health insurance, life insurance, and general insurance.

So, the government is coming up with a new bill to provide a composite insurance for ease of doing business.

- Rapist had Tuberculosis in his childhood. Therefore he had intellectual disability.
- Rapist has 10 year old daughter & 64 year old mother.
- Rapist had no past criminal record
- Rapist’s behaviour in prison was completely normal and his conduct was good.
- There is possibility of reformation of this rapist.
- This is not rarest of rare category of crime.
