Should the report meet the stipulated criteria, the bounty hunter will be rewarded with 10% of the intended allocation for the sybil address, whilst the sybil user will receive no allocation. (Scheduled for May 18th-31st)

It should be noted that addresses which neglect to self-report and are subsequently discovered to have engaged in sybil activities will not be entitled to any token allocation.
