- Sort incoming emails and label them by topic

- Identify and label emails that require my personal response

- Reply to routine emails following clear guidelines

- Reply to YouTube comments and label those that require my personal response

- Enter and update new student data accurately in Excel spreadsheets



Work Schedule

- Email & Excel tasks: 30 minutes per day, Monday to Friday

- YouTube comments: 1 hour per week

Total workload is light but requires consistency and focus



Requirements

- Strong written English

- High attention to detail

- Ability to learn quickly and remember instructions

- Ability to follow systems and think critically (not just execute mechanically)

- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets

- Comfortable using ChatGPT to double-check grammar, clarity, and tone before replying to emails or comments

- Reliable, organized, punctual, and responsible



Experience

- No prior VA experience required

- Training and clear instructions will be provided
