"The notion ‘International Economic Law’ encompasses a complex architecture of rules governing international economic relations and transboundary economic conduct by States, international organizations, and private actors. The term essentially refers to the regulation of cross-border transactions in goods, services, and capital, monetary relations and the international protection of intellectual property. To some extent, it also addresses the movement of companies and natural persons as well as aspects of international competition."

🇸🇩🇸🇩 Sudan is facing one of the most challenging periods in its modern history as the ongoing conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) plunges the nation deeper into turmoil.

🗣The war, which erupted in April 2023, has devastated communities, displaced millions and exacerbated an already dire humanitarian crisis.

🗣The crisis is unfolding against a backdrop of extreme vulnerability, as Sudan remains highly susceptible to the impacts of climate change and disasters.

🗣From severe droughts to deadly floods, the compounded effects of conflict and environmental instability are pushing communities to the brink, leaving them struggling to survive. Famine has already been declared in some parts of the country, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis and putting millions of lives at immediate risk.

🌐 Новый этап в борьбе с киберпреступностью!

⭐️ Уже совсем скоро — 25–26 октября 2025 года — в Ханое (Вьетнам) состоится церемония подписания Конвенции ООН против киберпреступности ⚖️

🏬 Принятая Генассамблеей ООН в декабре 2024 года, эта Конвенция стала первым универсальным международным договором в сфере уголовного правосудия за более чем 20 лет.

👥 Новый документ создаёт общую международную основу для борьбы с киберпреступностью. Он вводит единые определения, стандарты расследований и механизмы оказания помощи пострадавшим, включая компенсацию, возмещение ущерба и удаление незаконного контента.

📌 Конвенция вступит в силу через 90 дней после того, как 40 государств её ратифицируют.

🔒 Возможно, именно с этого момента начнётся новая эра глобальной кибербезопасности.

Birinchi bo‘lib Fuzailov Fatxulla “Kiberjinoyatchilikka qarshi kurashning xalqaro-huquqiy tartibga solinishi: BMTning axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan jinoyat maqsadida foydalanishga qarshi konvensiyasi tahlili” mavzusida ma’ruza qildi. U o‘z chiqishida yangi konvensiyaning asosiy jihatlarini yoritib berdi, yirik kiberjinoyatlarni tergov qilish amaliyotiga to‘xtaldi hamda ushbu hujjatni ratifikatsiya qilgan davlatlar elektron dalillar almashinuvini samarali yo‘lga qo‘yishi va fuqarolarni raqamli tahdidlardan yaxshiroq himoya qilishi mumkinligini ta’kidladi.

Первым выступил Фузаилов Фатхулла с докладом на тему «Международно-правовое регулирование борьбы с киберпреступностью: анализ Конвенции ООН о борьбе с использованием ИКТ в преступных целях». В своём выступлении он подчеркнул ключевые положения новой Конвенции, осветил практику расследования громких киберпреступлений и отметил, что её ратификация позволит государствам эффективнее обмениваться электронными доказательствами и защищать граждан от цифровых угроз.

The first speaker, Fatkhulla Fuzailov, presented a report titled “International Legal Regulation of Combating Cybercrime: Analysis of the UN Convention on Countering the Use of ICT for Criminal Purposes.” He highlighted the key provisions of the new Convention, reviewed major cybercrime cases, and emphasized that its ratification would enable states to exchange electronic evidence more effectively and better protect citizens from digital threats.

Adilbekov Azizbek “Bolalardan jonli qalqon sifatida foydalanish: xalqaro gumanitar huquqda malakalashtirish” mavzusida ma’ruza qildi. U bunday harakatlarning huquqiy tasnifini tahlil qildi, qurolli mojarolar sharoitida tinch aholining zaifligini ta’kidladi hamda Myanma misolida xalqaro himoya mexanizmlarining yetarlicha samarali emasligini ko‘rsatdi.

Адилбеков Азизбек представил доклад на тему «Использование детей в качестве живых щитов: квалификация в международном гуманитарном праве». Он проанализировал правовую классификацию подобных действий, обозначил уязвимость гражданского населения в условиях вооружённых конфликтов и привёл пример Мьянмы как иллюстрацию недостаточной эффективности международных механизмов защиты.

Azizbek Adilbekov delivered a presentation on “The Use of Children as Human Shields: Qualification under International Humanitarian Law.” He analyzed the legal classification of such actions, emphasized the vulnerability of civilians during armed conflicts, and cited the example of Myanmar as a case demonstrating the insufficient effectiveness of international protection mechanisms.

Salimova Nigina “Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining xalqaro huquq tizimidagi institutsional roli va huquqiy ahamiyati” mavzusida ma’ruza qildi. U BMT Nizomini xalqaro huquqning asosiy manbai sifatida tahlil qildi, Bosh Assambleya va Xavfsizlik Kengashining rolini yoritdi, shuningdek, O‘zbekistonning BMT bilan hamkorligi global huquqiy tizimni mustahkamlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ta’kidladi.

Салимова Нигина выступила с докладом на тему «Институциональная роль и правовое значение ООН в системе международного права». Докладчица осветила значение Устава ООН как основного источника международного права, рассмотрела роль Генеральной Ассамблеи и Совета Безопасности, а также подчеркнула важность сотрудничества Узбекистана с ООН в укреплении глобальной правовой архитектуры.

Nigina Salimova spoke on the topic “The Institutional Role and Legal Significance of the United Nations in the System of International Law.” She discussed the UN Charter as a fundamental source of international law, the functions of the General Assembly and the Security Council, and highlighted the importance of Uzbekistan’s cooperation with the UN in strengthening the global legal framework.

Yig‘ilishning so‘nggi ma’ruzachisi Asilbek Abduhakimov bo‘lib, u “Islom huquqida nikoh masalalari va ularning O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi bilan qiyosiy tahlili” mavzusida so‘z yuritdi. U nikoh tushunchasi va uning huquqiy asoslariga, er-xotin huquq va majburiyatlariga to‘xtaldi hamda ko‘pxotinlilik masalasini islom huquqi va milliy qonunchilik nuqtai nazaridan tahlil qildi.

Заключительным стало выступление Асилбека Абдухакимова на тему «Вопросы брака в исламском праве и их сравнительный анализ с законодательством Республики Узбекистан». Он подробно остановился на понятии и правовых основах заключения брака, правах и обязанностях супругов, а также затронул вопрос многожёнства с точки зрения исламского и национального законодательства.

The final speaker, Asilbek Abduhakimov, presented on “Marriage in Islamic Law and Its Comparative Analysis with the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.” He elaborated on the concept and legal foundations of marriage, the rights and obligations of spouses, and examined the issue of polygamy from both Islamic and national legal perspectives.
