India's first e-court opened in Hyderabad:

India's first e-court was on Sunday opened at High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad.
It is the common high court for the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Inaugurating the e-court, Supreme Court judge Justice Madan B Lokur said Telangana and Andhra Pradesh were first two states in the country to be chosen for Integrated Criminal Justice System project.

While noting that the two states made lot of progress in technology, Justice Lokur said it was one of the reasons for the decision to launch the ICJS, a "system which is going to integrate police stations with the courts, with jails, with the prosecution and with the forensic science laboratories."

Justice Lokur, who heads the e-Committee of the Supreme Court, said modalities of the system will be worked out at a meeting scheduled on July 28.

आपल्या देशात प्रत्येक सरकारने शिक्षण या मुद्यावर भर दिला आहे. प्रत्येक सरकारने आपापल्या पध्दतीने त्यासाठी प्रयत्नही केले आहेत. आणि हेही खरं आहे की बराच काळ आमचे लक्ष या गोष्टीवर राहिले की शिक्षण संस्था उभ्या रहाव्यात,शिक्षण व्यवस्थेचा विस्तार व्हावा, शाळा तयार व्हाव्यात, महाविद्यालयं तयार व्हावीत, शिक्षकांची भरती व्हावी, अधिकाधिक मुले शाळेत यावीत. चहूबाजूला शिक्षणाचा प्रसार करण्याला आम्ही प्राधान्य दिले आणि ते आवश्यकही होते. पण आता जेवढे महत्व विस्ताराचे आहे त्यापेक्षा अधिक ते आमच्या शिक्षण व्यवस्थेतील सुधारणांचे आहे. विस्ताराचे एक फार मोठे काम आपण केले आहे. आता आपल्याला गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षणावर लक्ष केंद्रीत करायचे आहे. साक्षरता मोहिमेकडून दर्जेदार शिक्षण हे आता आमचे प्राधान्य असायला हवे. आजवर मोजणी झाली आराखड्याची आता लक्ष द्यायचे आहे परिणामावर. शाळेत किती मुले आली हे आजवर प्राधान्यानं पाहिले गेले. आता साक्षरतेपेक्षा,शिक्षणाकडे अधिक लक्ष द्यावे लागेल. मुलांची पट नोंदणी करा, पट नोंदणी करा, ह्या मंत्राचा आजवर उच्चार केला गेला. आता जी मुले शाळेल आली आहेत, त्यांना चांगले शिक्षण, योग्य शिक्षण मिळेल यावर आम्हाला लक्ष केंद्रीत करावं लागेल. या सरकारच्या अर्थसंकल्पातही आपण पाहिले असेल,चांगले शिक्षण देण्यावर भर देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला गेला आहे. फार मोठा पल्ला गाठायचा आहे, हे खरे आहे पण,  शर्मिलाजींनी सांगितलेली गोष्ट खरी आहे की आमच्यात आमूलाग्र बदल घडवण्याची गरज आहे.
