In line with the directive of the Malaysian Government, University through University Board of Director Meeting No. 114, dated 07 September 2021, has approved a 15% reduction in service fees. This document will cover on the FAQs of:
- Service fees
- Student Residential College fees

⚠️ Do mind of the 20% reduction in fees for semester 1 session 21/22 is also clarified in this document.

[STUDENT MOVEMENT SIMPLE GUIDE]

Easy guideline for students movement using UTMSmart:

1. Click Students Movement in UTMSmart App.

2. Update Health Declaration Form and vaccination status then click application.

3a. Click Entering Campus, if you are entering campus and fill the information needed then submit it; or
3b. Click Going Out Campus, if you are going out of the campus and fill the information needed and submit it.

4. Notification about your application will be given through email and UTMSmart App.

5. Log in into MyUTM portal then click Student Movement tab to print the approval letter.

Dimaklumkan dari pihak HEP bahawa pelajar dari semenanjung yang ingin pulang ke kampus, dibenarkan untuk menaiki pengangkutan udara. Oleh itu, pelajar dari Semenanjung Malaysia serta Sabah dan Sarawak dibenarkan menggunakan pengangkutan udara untuk pulang ke kampus.

Pihak HEP akan memaklumkan mengenai penyediaan mod pengangkutan dari Lapangan Terbang Senai ke UTM. Harap maklum.
