The National Security Council (MKN) has announced Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) in UTM Johor Bahru effective from 21 May to 3 June 2021. All cafeterias and shops are instructed to be closed during EMCO.

National Security Council has declared EMCO in UTM JB on 19 May 2021. The EMCO will be implemented from 21 May 2021 until 3 June 2021. Here are some instructions that need to be followed by students:

1. Students are not allowed to exit/enter from 20 May 2021.

2. Entire UTM Johor Bahru Campus including KTHO, KTDI dan KDSE are subject to the instructions of EMCO under the National Security Council (MKN).

3. Food delivery service allowed until 20 May 2021 by 10.00pm only.

Ministry of National Security Council has declared EMCO in UTM on 19 May 2021. The EMCO is held starting 9th May 2021 until 19th May 2021.

Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) is the strictest movement control order and is akin to a 'total lockdown' to lockdown specific localities that have been identified as high risk. All activities are ceased during the implementation of the order, and no movement in and out of the EMCO areas are allowed during the EMCO period.
