SRCUTM Session 2019/2020 had successfully organised several programs during these past months.

The programs are curated specifically for all UTM students, covering a broad range of beneficial contents that aimed to engaged the students with the councils, sharing experiences on campus, improving body fitness & health, and address arising issues faced by the students.

All 9 programs successfully accumulate an average of 5260 views with a total of 2750 likes altogether.

[ADMINISTRATION REPORT - MPP UTM 1920]

Greetings to UTM Citizens.

The SRCUTM are separated into Internal and External Committees to ensure a smooth and effective workflow.

The SRCUTM Internal Commitees had undertake a total of 68 correspondence, 4 researches and 27 survey. Whereas, 2 delegations, 15 issues and 7 studies had been carried out by SRCUTM External Committees.

16 Departments, 10 Executive Councils, and 4 Excos from SRCUTM had successfully organised a total of 92 activities and 24 programs altogether in the session of 2019/2020.

These activities and programs are only able to be organised due to the hardwork and dedication from all of the committees with the support of UTMians.

A total of 22 students has been assigned to 4 separate committees accordingly that are Action Committee, Special Committee, Pandemic Committee, and Cluster Secretariat under the Constitution of SRCUTM.

ARAHAN TERKINI BERKAITAN DENGAN PROSEDUR OPERASI STANDARD (SOP) PELAJAR SEMASA TEMPOH PERINTAH KAWALAN PERGERAKAN BERSYARAT (PKPB) DI BULAN RAMADAN

Dimaklumkan bahawa pihak Universiti melalui Jawatankuasa Pergerakan Pelajar dalam Kampus telah bersetuju untuk meminda beberapa peraturan khusus kepada pelajar yang menginap dalam kampus serta pelajar yang menjalani isolasi sepanjang tempoh bulan Ramadan. Berikut ialah arahan terkini:-

A. Bagi pelajar yang menginap dalam kampus
1. Masa keluar masuk kampus ditetapkan dari 7.00 pagi hingga 11.00 malam sahaja.
2. Perkhidmatan e-hailing adalah dibenarkan sehingga jam 11.00 malam.
3. Perkhidmatan penghantaran makanan (food delivery) dibenarkan sehingga jam 6.00 pagi selaras dengan pengumuman pihak Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN).
4. Pelajar dikehendaki membawa kad pergerakan pelajar kolej masing-masing bagi pengenalan diri semasa keluar masuk kampus.
5. Bagi pelajar Latihan Mengajar yang menginap di Kolej Datin Sri Endon (KDSE), prosedur khas sedia ada adalah terpakai.

B. Bagi pelajar yang sedang menjalani Isolasi
1. Perkhidmatan penghantaran makanan (food delivery) dibenarkan sehingga jam 6.00 pagi.
2. Pematuhan Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP) isolasi sedia ada adalah wajib.
Pekeliling ini adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan dari semasa ke semasa.

[Tinjauan Persediaan Pelajar UTM Pulang ke Kampung Sempena Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2021]

Salam Sejahtera kepada semua pelajar UTM.

Tinjauan ini khas untuk pelajar untuk yang berada dalam Kampus UTM JB dan KL jika kerajaan, melalui MKN, membenarkan semua pelajar dalam kampus pulang berhari raya. Untuk semua pelajar UTM yang pulang ke kampung halaman, mereka dikehendaki menjalani proses isolasi selama 10 hari setelah kembali semula ke kampus. Segala kos perjalanan balik kampung adalah tanggungan pelajar sendiri.
