[WATER SUPPLY DISRUPTION AT UTM JOHOR BAHRU CAMPUS]

Greetings to all UTM Citizen,

Referring to the above, it is informed that there will be unplanned water supply disruption at UTM Johor Bahru campus as follows:-

Date : 10th January 2021 (Sunday)
Time : 8.00 a.m until 6.00 p.m (Depend on current weather)
Affected area :
MSI, PSZ, DSI, Block B (B02 - B12) , Block C (C02- C25) , Block D (D01 - D10) , Block E (E01 - 07), Block N (N23a, N24-N28a), Block P (P19, P19a, P21 - P23), KRP, KTF, KTR, KTHO, KTDI, KDSE, KDOJ, UTM-TTC and Desa Bakti.

This disruption is due to a main pipe leakage at the Lingkaran Ilmu (in front of Block D02). In this regard, we hope all campus residents are able to use water prudently. Any inconvenience caused by this disturbance is regrettable.

The latest information for students at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru Campus as follows:

1) 🏬 Food arcade, market, grocery stores, computer and printing shops can only operate from 06 AM to 08 PM only.

2) 🧺 Self-service laundry is not allowed to operate according to instructions from the National Security Council (MKN).

3) 🚚 Food Delivery such as Food Panda and Grab Food are allowed until 8 pm only.

4) 🕌 Sultan Ismail Mosque has limited the number of prayer based on INVITATION only.

5) 🏢 UTM Library will be temporarily closed from 13th January 2021 until further notice
