[ Pengecualian Tarikh Peperiksaan ]

Salam sejahtera kepada warga UTM.

Sebelum ini, satu tinjauan telah dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan maklum balas pelajar mengenai pertembungan antara peperiksaan akhir dengan Tahun Baru Cina & Hari Raya Aidil Adha untuk Semester 1 dan Semester 2. Mesyuarat kemudiannya diadakan antara MPP dan AMD untuk membentangkan maklum balas pelajar dan membuat satu persetujuan bersama.

Oleh itu, melalui perbincangan lebih lanjut dengan pelbagai pihak, kalendar akan dipinda berdasarkan perkara berikut:

1) Pengecualian daripada peperiksaan akhir akan diberi pada 11 dan 15 Februari 2021 untuk Tahun Baru Cina.
2) Pengecualian daripada peperiksaan akhir akan diberi pada 21 hingga 23 Julai 2021 untuk Hari Raya AidilAdha.

Semua fakulti akan dimaklumkan mengenai keputusan ini untuk memastikan para pelajar dapat merayakan perayaan tersebut.

[ Final Examination Date Exemption ]

Greetings to all UTM Citizen.

Previously, a survey was conducted to collect the feedback of students regarding the clash between final examination and Chinese New Year & Hari Raya Eid Al-Adha for Semester 1 and Semester 2 respectively. A meeting was subsequently conducted between MPP and AMD to present the students' feedbacks and come up with a compromise.

Therefore, through further discussion with various party, the calendar will be amended based on the following:

1) Exemption from final examination will be given on the 11th and 15th of February 2021 for Chinese New Year.
2) Exemption from final examination will be given on the 21st to 23rd of July 2021 for Hari Raya Eid Al-Adha.

All faculties will be informed of this decision to ensure students are able to celebrate the festivities.

SOLAT JUMAAT, DI MASJID SULTAN ISMAIL (MSI), UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA JOHOR BAHRU

Assalamualaikum dan selamat sejahtera,

YBhg.Tan Sri/ Datuk/ Dato’/ Datin Paduka/ Datin/ Prof./ Prof.Madya/ Dr./ Tuan/ Puan,

Merujuk perkara di atas, Bahagian Keselamatan,Jabatan Pendaftar ingin memaklumkan bahawa orang awam adalah tidak dibenarkan untuk menunaikan solat fardu Jumaat di Masjid Sultan Ismail (MSI),UTM, Johor Bahru mulai 30 Oktober 2020 sehingga ke suatu tarikh yang akan dimaklumkan kelak.

Manakala bagi staf / pelajar UTM yang tinggal di luar kampus dan ingin menunaikan solat fardu Jumaat di MSI, UTM, Johor Bahru perlu membuat pendaftaran dengan pihak MSI pada hari Rabu minggu tersebut sebelum hadir menunaikan solat fardu Jumaat di MSI, UTM , Johor Bahru.

Staf/pelajar UTM perlu untuk menunjukkan kad matrik kepada pengawal keselamatan di pintu masuk kampus sebelum dibenarkan memasuki kampus UTM, Johor Bahru. Staf/pelajar UTM dan anak-anak staf / pelajar yang dibawa bersama perlulah mematuhi SOP yang telah ditetapkan. Anak-anak staf/pelajar UTM adalah di bawah tanggung jawab staf/pelajar UTM berkenaan sepenuhnya.

Orang awam seperti pekerja kontraktor berpenggal Jabatan Harta Bina / pekerja kafe yang bertugas di dalam kampus sahaja yang dibenarkan untuk menunaikan solat fardu Jumaat di MSI,UTM, Johor Bahru dengan mematuhi SOP yang telah di tetapkan oleh UTM/MSI/Pusat Islam UTM.

Panduan dan ketetapan ini adalah salah satu usaha untuk mengawal penularan pandemik Covid 19 di dalam kampus UTM.

FRIDAY PRAYERS AT SULTAN ISMAIL MOSQUE (MSI) UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA JOHOR BAHRU

Assalamualaikum dan selamat sejahtera,

YBhg.Tan Sri/ Datuk/ Dato’/ Datin Paduka/ Datin/ Prof./ Prof.Madya/ Dr./ Tuan/ Puan,

Referring to the above, the Security Division, Registrar’s Department would like to inform that the public is not allowed to perform the obligatory Friday prayers at the Sultan Ismail Mosque (MSI), UTM Johor Bahru from 30th  October 2020 until a date to be announced later.
Meanwhile, for UTM staff / students who live off campus and want to perform Friday obligatory prayers at MSI, UTM Johor Bahru, they need to register with MSI every Wednesday of the week before attending the Friday obligatory prayers there.

UTM staff / students need to show their staff/matric card to the security officer at the campus entrance before allowed to enter the UTM campus, Johor Bahru. UTM staff / students and children of staff / students must comply with the SOP that has been set. The children of UTM staff / students are fully under the responsibility of the UTM staff / students.

Members of the public who are employees of contractors with the Property Department / Cafe workers working on campus are allowed to perform the Friday obligatory prayers at MSI, UTM, Johor Bahru in compliance with the SOP set by UTM / MSI / UTM Islamic Center.

This guide and ruling is one of the efforts to control the spread of the Covid 19 pandemic on the UTM campus.
