【GUIDANCE FOR NEW STYLE OF UTM CAREER CARNIVAL】

Still struggling in the way to access virtual career carnival? Don’t worry! As the first KPT University goes for Virtual Career Carnival, we are going to guide you on how to use our website!

#StudentsRegistration
▶️Access https://www.utmcareercarnival.com/ and click the “register” button.
▶️Fill in the information needed and click “Sign Me Up!”
▶️Complete your profile by filling up the data required.

#UploadingDocuments
▶️Click on the “Upload Document” button on the navigation bar to upload your documents like resume and portfolio. (documents must be in pdf and not exceed 5MB)

#Events&Webinars
▶️Click on “See More Events” at the homepage to join or RSVP other events. (past event can be watched)

#NavigatingCompanyProfiles
▶️Click “See More Company Profiles” at the home page to learn more about the participating companies.

#ResumeDrop
▶️Click on the “Drop Your Resume” button at the company profile to send a resume to your desired company.

#Subscribe&Chats
▶️Subscribe the company of your choice by clicking the “Subscribe” button and clicking the “Chat With Us” button to chat with the company only during the event.

#JobPosts
▶️Click on “See More Job Posts” at the bottom of the home page to view other job posts available.
▶️Filter and browse through the jobs that you are interested in by using filters on your left-hand side of the screen.

#ApplyingJobs
▶️Click “Apply” to apply to a job post.
▶️Click “Jobs Applied” button on the navigation bar to view all the jobs you have applied for.

#MyInterviews
▶️Click the buttons to “Accept”, “Reschedule”, or “Reject” interviews. (depend on whether employers schedule interviews during or after the events ends)
▶️After accepting the interview, log in to the platform 10 minutes before your interview time.
▶️Standby your device to accept the call which will be shown on your screen.

[Revision of Teaching and Learning Mode Semester 1 2020/2021 - School of Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences]

Greetings to UTM SKBSK Students.

The academic administration of the School of Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences (SKBSK) has agreed to the following decisions for the teaching and learning
approaches for Semester I 2020/2021 :

(Revision 1 : Updated as of 8th Oct 2020)

UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

A. Biomedical Program
1. All lectures will be conducted online.
2. All laboratories will be conducted online until 31st Dec 2020.
3. All assessment (quizzes, assignments, tests) will be conducted online.
4. All final exams will be conducted via face-to-face mode.
5. Mode for Final Year Project (FYP) to be decided by your respective supervisor.

B. Equine Program
1. All lectures will be conducted online.
2. All assessment (quizzes, assignments, tests) will be conducted online.
3. All final exams will be conducted via face-to-face mode.
4. Mode for Final Year Project (FYP) to be decided by your respective supervisor.

Only International students who are currently located in your home country (with document proof) and are not allowed to enter Malaysia until the end of this 2020, are allowed to drop any laboratory courses and replace them with other online-based lectures. SKBSK will conduct a short course for the laboratory in 2021 for this group.

POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMS

C. Master of Science (Biomedical - PG)
1. All lectures will be conducted online.
2. All laboratories will be conducted online until 31st Dec 2020.
3. All assessment (quizzes, assignments, tests) will be conducted online.
4. All final exams will be conducted via face-to-face mode.
5. Mode for Master Project to be decided by your respective supervisor.

D. Master by Research / PhD
1. All lectures will be conducted online ( ie Research Methodology and General Courses).
2. Research works mode to be decided by your respective supervisor.
