🎒Что брать с собой
🌡Температура в течение дня может колебаться от 0 до +24. В Замине мероприятие будет проходить в горной местности на территории заповедника. Поэтому просьба взять с собой все из списка. Пусть лучше не пригодится чем вы замерзнете или не используете
👕Одежда - удобная, спортивная, теплая. Берите зимнюю куртку, когда приедем будет очень холодно. Одевайтесь многослойно, если жарко можно будет снять слой. Возьмите рубашку или кофту с длинным рукавом, чтобы не сгореть на солнце. Кто уже получил малиновые футболки, тоже берем их с собой.
👟Обувь - спортивная
🧢Обязательно головной убор!
🌂🕶С собой также лучше взять зонт, солнцезащитные очки, солнцезащитный крем, салфетки
🍱🥜🧃Еда - берите с собой сендвичи, снеки, чай в термосе, воду в дорогу. Питание от организаторов будет, но возможно вы будете на трассе и вам нужно взять перекус с собой. На месте старта нет магазинов, поэтому все берем с собой в рюкзаке.
⚡️Повер бэнк - электричества там тоже нет, поэтому заряжаем дома повэр бэнки и берем с собой
🤩И обязательно берите с собой позитивный настрой и много энергии, она вам понадобится
