🌸ATTITUDE AND MINDSET LEARNING FROM KIDS🌸

⭐️Can we really learn from kids?⭐️

Having a walk in the park and noticing kids on the playground made me question myself – aren’t children the ones who can actually teach us a lesson of being more present and joyful?

Looking at them running around, being so curious about everything, finding joy in small things – reminded me how simple it is to be happy from within...

Just think about it - kids don’t need anything external to be filled with happiness.

Did we lose that precious feeling of being overwhelmed with joy for no specific reason, just by being here and now?

Look, if you really want to learn mindfulness and being more present in your life – watch kids.

They are masters of being in the Now and living life to the fullest.

They approach life with genuine curiosity and thrill, and even if they do get upset, it’s never for longer than 5 minutes and the next moment… you see them burst out laughing.

📌Why wouldn’t we consider our daily challenges with the same curiosity and excitement?

📌What can I learn from this?

📌How can I use this lesson in the future?

🚨By asking these questions you’ll look at the flip side of the coin, and you won’t see any setback as a problem anymore, but rather important learning.

And how about finding joy and happiness in your daily life, by first stopping the process of creating conditions?

You’ve always needed something to become happier - to go on a vacation, get a job promotion, become skinnier – scratch that!

You can start living a happier life NOW!

Attune and notice the beauty of nature – start listening to the sounds of the rain/sea/trees/wind, feeling the warmth of the sun, watching the clouds passing by...

Start expressing yourself, be real, be your authentic self!

Move around, dance, play, let your inner child come out and stop worrying about what others think!

Be active, try out new things, ask questions, don’t be afraid of a change, relax and don’t force things!

Learn from kids - have fun and take advantage of each moment!
