Tutte le volte che ho provato a usare la carica wireless per telefoni o altro non mi ha dato una buona sensazione né ha funzionato bene. Adesso salta fuori che è davvero mal fatta. Speriamo non diventi un sistema di massa con questi presupposti.

Un mercato illegale diventa un mercato solidale.
Oggi è la Giornata internazionale della consapevolezza sugli sprechi e le perdite alimentari e voglio parlarvi di “Ri-pescato”, un progetto per il recupero del pesce sequestrato e la sua distribuzione ad organizzazioni che offrono aiuti alimentari a persone bisognose.
Un’idea semplice eppure straordinaria lanciata in Sicilia da Intesa Sanpaolo e Banco Alimentare. In 18 mesi, grazie al progetto, sono stati recuperati oltre 12mila chili di pescato di frodo con i quali le associazioni del territorio siciliano hanno preparato e distribuito 83mila pasti a persone indigenti.
Recuperare e ridistribuire il pesce non è cosa semplice, dal momento che si tratta di un prodotto altamente deperibile. Ri-pescato prevede, infatti, un’attività articolata in diverse fasi. Il pesce, dopo la confisca, viene conservato in celle frigorifere idonee, fino alla certificazione di idoneità al consumo umano da parte dell’Azienda sanitaria locale entro 24–48 ore. Successivamente viene trasferito con appositi furgoni refrigerati presso cooperative locali per essere lavorato, congelato e infine distribuito alle organizzazioni caritative siciliane.
L’impatto sociale e i benefici del progetto sono numerosi: il contenimento dello spreco alimentare, la tutela della salute, il rispetto dei valori di legalità (potrebbe essere immesso sul mercato illegalmente), la salvaguardia dell’economia locale e dell’occupazione.
Grazie a questa prima sperimentazione e agli importanti risultati raggiunti, nei prossimi mesi il progetto sarà esteso ad altre regioni.
