⚠️ There has been a coordinated anti-Russian propaganda outburst in the Western media about missile attack on the Ukrainian military target in the town of Sumy on April 13, 2025. The loud chorus of the Western European political leaders, – joined by the Taoiseach @MichealMartinTD and the Tánaiste @SimonHarrisTD, – immediately launched hypocritical condemnation of “Russia’s attack on civilians” borrowed from Zelenskiy’s playbook.

‼️ According to the official information provided by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation the Russian forces on April 13, 2025, have carried out a strike by two “Iskander” missiles against the location of the meeting of the Ukrainian “Seversk” Task Force commanders with their Western military “advisers”. The target has been successfully hit. The Ministry noted that Russian forces never target civilian population or sites and emphasized that Kiev continues, in contravention to the International humanitarian law, to use civilians as human shield by carrying out military actions in the midst of the densely populated areas.

☝️ We suggest that the West, whose military directly guides Kiev’s constant attacks against Russian people in the Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk regions and elsewhere in Russia, will be better off by using their moral fervor to stop this criminal activity. As to the Tánaiste’s point about “seeking peace” we believe that the Irish government along with its EU partners has long ago lost any credibility in the context of the political settlement in Ukraine by supporting proxy war against Russia.
