Dear Fighters,
We’d like to share an important update:
We’ve decided to sunset the Telegram Mini App for now and focus our efforts on the web EVM version of MortalCoin.
📅 The Telegram Mini App will be shut down on Monday, August 18, and on the same day we’ll launch a small campaign in the new version of the game (more details on this activity coming tomorrow).
User tickets and points database will be preserved, and we’ll do our best to account for them in future versions, although we can’t make any guarantees at this point.
This decision was made in the best interests of our players and the future of the project. With limited resources, maintaining both versions equally isn’t sustainable — and our long-term vision is to create a real-time on-chain trading game experience, which is difficult (at least for now) to fully realize within the constraints of a Telegram Mini App.
We aim to deliver value to players rather than rely on microtransactions like traditional mobile games — our focus is on real Web3 innovation and meaningful experiences.
We’re proud of what we achieved during the first tournament — we rewarded players with cash and Telegram gifts, distributing nearly 10x more in prizes than we received in donations. That was amazing — and now it’s time to move forward. We want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you who played — and to those for whom claiming tickets and kicking coins' asses became part of their daily routine. The game goes on!

To keep the competition exciting and ensure a fair comparison of trading skill and luck, we’ve updated the leaderboard calculation rules.
Now, only wins from the first 10 fights each day (starting from 00:00 UTC) are counted.
The leaderboard has already been recalculated based on this rule, and we’ve also added a 24-hour timer to the interface.
This update helps prevent abuse cases (e.g., farming faucet funds across multiple addresses) and makes the competition more balanced and fun.
The change was made in the interest of all players — to keep things fair, competitive, and enjoyable for everyone.
