#DV2022 update: Khartoum autoreply now says:
"Khartoum post reached the maximum capacity of DV appointments slots for August and September, 2022 and no further appointment will be scheduled for the fiscal year 2022."

#DV2022 Update: An answer to a mystery! For those DVs who were recently scheduled by Mumbai, we have learned that was not an accident, and we have an explanation. Mumbai exhausted all the DVs assigned to that post, and thus made appointments for selectees assigned to other posts who were next in queue at those posts.

#DV2022 Update: Morrison Urena, LC will not be accepting anymore DV-2022 clients for individual mandamus lawsuits. Also, we do not plan to offer another DV-2022 group lawsuit.

At this point, our focus is 100% on assisting the clients we already have.

#DV2022 FAQ: I don’t have a diversity visa interview/visa yet. Should I give up hope?

Answer: It would be premature to give up hope before all 54,850 allotted diversity visas are issued. If you leave a movie theater before the movie is over, you will not see how the movie ends.

Reminder to all our clients who are plaintiffs in group or individual lawsuits: do not attempt to directly contact the judge, the court, or the government attorneys. That kind of direct (ex parte) communication is prohibited and we could even be disciplined for it.

Think about it…would it be fair if government attorney had private conversations and messages with the judge where we didn’t see it? Of course not. The same principle applies to us. Thanks. 🙏

Answer: If we lose, it may be the last hearing. If we win, we will likely request status conference before Judge Mehta to discuss remaining issues, like why so many DVs cannot see their cases on ceac status, for example.
