There was a story in New York Times today that suggested Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a plan to fix legal immigration. This is crazy because legal immigration has been suspended by State Department, a completely different branch of government.

For #DV2021 - we have learned that in 2 weeks between May 18 and June 1, KCC only approved docs for 616 DVs. At that negligently low rate, it would take them 3 years and 5 months to approve docs for 55,000 DVs.

For Jacob family preference categories, Gov brags b/c they issued almost same number of visas to all family preference categories combined as their one favorite category. Bundling all the family preference categories into one is a clever trick. They won't get away with it.
