#UAOvBiden #DV2021: we have filed plaintiffs' reply in support of second motion for preliminary injunction (the motion where we ask Judge Chang to preserve unused visas and retain plaintiffs' eligibility for them). Now it is up to Judge Chang to issue an order on the motion. We do not know when that answer will come, but we are optimistic it will come by September 30.

When will the Circuit Court of Appeals issue it's ruling on the appeals?
Answer: We do not know. No one knows. We would not expect it to be soon as there are many issues before the court. Hopefully we will have decision by early 2023.
