Related to that, the reason Trump/Biden "tiered approach" to visa prioritization is unlawful - it literally shapes face and color of America. Congress never gave State Dept authority to do that - for good reason.

FAQ: What is the new DV-2021 Big case (#GoodluckvBiden) about?

Answer: Basically, Biden is enforcing Trump and Stephen Miller’s immigrant visa prioritization scheme- what we call the No Visa policy and what Biden calls the “tiered approach.” Under the No Visa Policy, DVs are unlikely to be issued visas.

Our lawsuit is about challenging that unlawful xenophobic No Visa Policy, and asking a federal judge to intervene and order that DVs are issued to our named plaintiffs.

#JacobvBiden Update: The court has issued civil minutes from yesterday's conference. The court has ordered:

June 3: Government's brief explaining "tiered" approach
June 4: Joint Status report due
June 5: Plaintiffs' response re: any disputed facts regarding tiered approach
June 11, 2021, 10 AM PST: further hearing "tiered" approach

DV-2021 Big Case (#GoodluckvBiden) FAQ: If when signing up for big case, my credit card transaction is declined, what do I do?

Answer: If your credit card is declined; please do not keep making attempts to pay with this card. Before emailing us, reach out to your financial institution to make sure you do not have a daily transaction limit, an international transaction block on your card, and make sure you are able to make payments online (e-commerce). This call to your bank almost always fix the issue and you will be able to pay once it is resolved.
