It has been brought to our attention that Lowgan is harassing con attendee’s and creating false reports with con op’s. We do not encourage harassment towards any party, we strongly encourage victims and witnesses to come forward with the truth.
Unfortunately, the person who was harassed was a target. We strongly encourage other public viewers to avoid such conflict and keep their distance from Lowgan when in public spaces such as conventions.
