Q) I didn’t select the Polygon (Matic) Network when I verified my wallet. What should I do?
Your address on the Ethereum and Polygon (Matic) networks should be the same one. To get access to your airdrop and participate in the public sale (in the case that you get a winning entry), you need to switch to the Matic Mainnet. To add and switch to the Matic Mainnet, follow the instructions here: https://docs.matic.network/docs/develop/metamask/config-matic/

Q) I didn’t verify a Metamask wallet. What should I do?
It is possible to import your verified wallet to Metamask. Follow the instructions here: https://docs.matic.network/docs/home/blockchain-basics/import-account-to-metamask/

Q) I don’t see my ticket numbers increasing, even though I referred some of my friends. Why is that?
It is possible that you don’t see your ticket numbers increase due to the large number of requests that the servers are experiencing from time to time. However, rest assured that our database records every registration and referral. At the end of the whitelist campaign, we will update the ticket numbers of everyone.

Q) What do I need to do when I’m whitelisted?
When you are one of the lucky winners you will need to verify your identity by completing the KYC process on https://moonedge.synaps.io/

Q) I submitted my documents in step 2 to verify my identity, but status is still "pending"?
The second step takes some time because the documents need to be checked, but status will update after a while.

Q) Will there be a 3rd batch of winners?
KYC is the last step for being successfully whitelisted and to be able to participate in the public sale. Since not everyone that is on the whitelist is able to take the necessary steps in the KYC process, we will replace those winners when they don't complete the KYC process before the deadline.

Q) What is the deadline of the KYC process?
When you are whitelisted, we strongly advise to complete the KYC process as soon as possible. You will have till the 5th of July to complete the KYC process

Q) How do I know that I have successfully completed the KYC process?
When you have successfully completed the KYC process you should see the image as shown over here. You won’t have to do anything else for now, we will make an official announcement regarding the next steps.
