Your address on the Ethereum and Polygon (Matic) networks should be the same one. To get access to your airdrop and participate in the public sale (in the case that you get a winning entry), you need to switch to the Matic Mainnet. It is possible that you don’t see your ticket numbers increase due to the large number of requests that the servers are experiencing from time to time.
