About 950,000 Singaporean households living in HDB flats will receive their quarterly GSTV- U-Save and S&CC Rebates in April. You will be receiving double your regular U-Save rebates, which amounts to about 8 to 10 months' worth of utilities bills for 1- and 2-room HDB flats, and about 4 to 6 months' worth for 3- and 4-room HDB flats. The S&CC rebates will also offset between 1.5 and 3.5 months of the S&CC each year.
This was announced in #SGBudget2023. It is the first tranche for this FY, with subsequent ones every quarter in July, October this year as well as January next year.
You will not need to take any action to benefit from both the U-Save and S&CC rebates as it will be credited directly. For more information, visit https://go.gov.sg/apr23-u-save-scc

These changes will help our Platform Workers raise their total earnings and strengthen their housing and retirement adequacy. 🙌
