ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក រ៉ាត់ ដារ៉ារ័ត្ន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងការពារជាតិ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានទទួលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកវរសេនីយ៍ឯក Abhishek Arora នាយការិយាល័យអនុព័ន្ធយោធាឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ដែលទើបតែងតាំងថ្មី។

កិច្ចជំនួបនេះបានផ្តោតទៅលើការពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីផ្នែកយោធារវាងកងទ័ពនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរកម្ពុជា-ឥណ្ឌា ព្រមទាំងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈអំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ការហ្វឹកហ្វឺន ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពកងទ័ព និងបញ្ហាសន្តិសុខក្នុងតំបន់។

H.E. Lieutenant General Rath Dararoth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of National Defence, on behalf of H.E. General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, received a courtesy call from and held a working meeting with Colonel Abhishek Arora, the newly appointed Head of the Indian Defense Attaché Office in Cambodia.
The meeting focused on strengthening and expanding bilateral military cooperation between the armed forces of Cambodia and India, as well as exchanging views on human resource development, training, military capacity building, and regional security issues.

នៅថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៩:៣៥នាទីព្រឹក ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (HOM AOT) ហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែននៅវត្តប្រាសាទតាមាន់សែនជ័យ ភូមិតាមាន់សែនជ័យ ឃុំគោកមន ស្រុកបន្ទាយអំពិល ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ដើម្បីធ្វើការពិនិត្យលើការគោរព និងអនុវត្តវិធានការទាំងអស់ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមាន។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 9:35 a.m., the Coordination Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia facilitated the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), led by the Head of Mission (HOM AOT) of the Philippines, to observe, verify, and report on the border situation at Prasat Ta Mone Sen Chey Pagoda, Ta Mone Sen Chey Village, Kok Mon Commune, Banteay Ampil District, Oddar Meanchey Province. The mission aimed to review compliance with and implementation of all measures outlined in the Joint Statement after the ceasefire took effect.

It should also be noted that the locations indiscriminately attacked by the Thai military during 2025 were entirely civilian infrastructure including school, hospital, Pagoda, and homes of innocent Cambodia civilians causing extensive damage and rendering them completely unusable.

The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thai General Border Committee (GBC) of 27 December 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand of 26 October 2025, and all other relevant agreements. This commitment is made with the aim of ensuring rapid recovery and restoring normalcy, peace, stability, and security for the populations living along the border areas of both countries.

The public, as well as national and international journalists, are hereby informed of the facts regarding this matter.
