- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ២២:០០នាទី ដល់ម៉ោង ២៣:០០នាទី យោធាថៃបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពចល័តកម្លាំងបន្ថែម និងរថក្រោះចូលមកកៀកនឹងភូមិសាស្រ្តប្រាសាទតាមាន់។

- ម៉ោង ៥:៤០នាទីទៀបភ្លឺ យោធាថៃបានចាប់ផ្តើមធ្វើសកម្មភាពបាញ់ផ្លោងពីចម្ងាយចូលក្នុងភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទតាក្របី ទៅតាមផែនការនៃការឈ្លានពានមកលើបូរណភាពទឹកដីរបស់កម្ពុជា។
- ម៉ោង ៦:០៥នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំពីចម្ងាយចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទតាមាន់។
- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ៦:៤៩នាទី ដល់ម៉ោង ៧:០០នាទី យោធាថៃបានចាប់ផ្តើមបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំ និងរថក្រោះបាញ់បុកចូលក្នុងភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ និងបន្តបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំពីចម្ងាយចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទតាមាន់ និងប្រាសាទតាក្របី។
- ម៉ោង ៩:០០នាទី យោធាថៃបានបន្តប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំ និងកាំភ្លើងលើរថយន្តបាញ់ចល័តចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ, ភ្នំខ្មោច, ជាំតែ និងបន្តបាញ់ផ្សែងពុលចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទតាមាន់។
- ម៉ោង ១០:០០នាទី យោធាថៃនៅតែបន្តបាញ់ផ្លោងចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ។
- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ១១:០០នាទី រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ១២:០០នាទី យោធាថៃនៅតែបន្តបាញ់ផ្លោងពីចម្ងាយ ដោយបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងប្រភេទ ១៥៥ម.ម និងកាំជ្រួចហ្វូង DTI-2 ចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ, ភ្នំខ្មោច និងបានបន្តបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំ, រថក្រោះចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទតាមាន់។
- ម៉ោង ១៣:០០នាទី យោធាថៃនៅបន្តបាញ់ពីចម្ងាយ ដោយប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំប្រភេទ ១៥៥ម.ម, ដ្រូន និងកាំជ្រួចហ្វូង ចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ, ភ្នំខ្មោច និងប្រាសាទតាមាន់។
- ម៉ោង ១៣:៤០នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់យន្តហោះចម្បាំងទម្លាក់គ្រាប់នៅភូមិសាស្ត្រស្រុកស្រីស្នំ ខេត្តសៀមរាប។
- ម៉ោង ១៤:០០នាទី យោធាថៃបានចាប់ផ្តើមវាយសន្ធាប់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដោយប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងពីចម្ងាយ និងរថក្រោះនៅភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ និងប្រាសាទតាមាន់។
- ម៉ោង ១៤:២០នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់យន្តហោះចម្បាំងទម្លាក់គ្រាប់នៅភូមិសាស្ត្រអូរកូនតឹង ស្រុកវ៉ារិន ខេត្តសៀមរាប។
- ម៉ោង ១៦:០០នាទី យោធាថៃនៅតែបន្តបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំ និងកាំជ្រួចហ្វូង DTI-2 ពីចម្ងាយចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ។

At 10:50pm on December 26, 2025, Co-Chairs of the Secretariat of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC), led by Major General Nhem Boraden, Chief of the Cambodian GBC Secretariat, and General Nuttapong Praokaew, Chief of the Thai GBC Secretariat, reached consensus on content of the draft Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting, with the participation of observers from the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) of Cambodia and Thailand.
It should be noted that this GBC Secretariat meeting was convened in preparation for the upcoming 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting scheduled for December 27, 2025.

សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមលេខាធិការគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) នេះធ្វើឡើង ដើម្បីត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តនៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ថ្ងៃស្អែកនេះ។
ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៧កើត ខែបុស្ស ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ - ខេត្តប៉ៃលិន ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

The Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, both domestic and international media outlets, of the following:
At 10:50pm on December 26, 2025, Co-Chairs of the Secretariat of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC), led by Major General Nhem Boraden, Chief of the Cambodian GBC Secretariat, and General Nuttapong Praokaew, Chief of the Thai GBC Secretariat, reached consensus on content of the draft Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting, with the participation of observers from the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) of Cambodia and Thailand.
It should be noted that this GBC Secretariat meeting was convened in preparation for the upcoming 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting scheduled for December 27, 2025.

It has been 151 days since 18 Cambodian soldiers were captured under the captivity of the Thai military.
Cambodia urgently calls on the Thai side to strictly, honestly, and in good faith uphold the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand, particularly paragraph 5, which clearly states that
“The Thai side must promptly release the 18 Cambodian soldiers” Cambodia also urges Thailand to respect and fulfill all obligations under international law, especially international humanitarian law, by releasing the Cambodian soldiers as soon as possible so that they may be safely reunited with their families.
It must also be underscored that the Royal Government of Cambodia has been and will continue to make relentless efforts, utilizing all available mechanisms for the Thai military to release and repatriate our 18 soldiers as promptly and safely as possible.
The Royal Government, the Ministry of National Defence, and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces will never abandon any of our troops under any circumstances.

- At 7:31am, the Thai military deployed F-16 fighter jets to drop 4 bombs further deep into Cambodian sovereign territory, in a civilian residential area in Kompong Svay district, Serei Saophoan municipality, Banteay Meanchey Province.
The Cambodian forces continue to monitor the situation closely, and stand strong, brave, and remain vigilant in fulfilling their roles to protect the territorial integrity of Cambodia. We will protect our dignity with courage and unwavering resolve, at any cost, and without succumbing to coercion or intimidation in any form.

The 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting has commenced at 9:30 am this morning, on December 27, 2025, at Prom-Pak Kard Permanent Border Checkpoint, between Pailin Province, Cambodia, and Chanthaburi Province, Thailand, under the observation of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) of both Cambodia and Thailand.
The Cambodian delegation was led by His Excellency General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Co-Chairman of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC). The Thailand delegation was led by His Excellency General Nattaphon Narkphanit, Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Co-Chairman of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC).
This 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting was convened to reach a ceasefire and the cessation of hostilities along the Cambodia–Thailand border.
Cambodia firmly anticipates that this 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting will yield a practical and implementable ceasefire, provide the opportunity for affected civilians to return safely to their homes, and encourage both countries to continue utilizing existing mechanisms to resolve issues peacefully.
