នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំបន្ទាន់ជាមួយអង្គទូតបរទេសប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាចំនួន៣០អង្គទូត និង០៣អង្គការអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងនោះក៏មានតំណាងអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិចូលរួមផងដែរ ដើម្បីធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីស្ថានការណ៍នៅតាមបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ក្នុងយោធភូមិភាគ ទី៤ និងយោធភូមិភាគទី៥ ក្រោយយោធាថៃ បានបើកការវាយប្រហារឈ្លានពានមកលើកម្ពុជា ដែលសកម្មភាពនៃរំលោភបំពានលើ”បទឈប់បាញ់” និង”សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាង កម្ពុជានិងថៃ” អស់រយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃមកហើយ ចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រហូតមកទល់ថ្ងៃនេះ។ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក រ៉ាត់ ដារ៉ារ័ត្ន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានចូលរួមធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីស្ថានការណ៍ជាក់ស្តែងនៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលកំពុងកើតមាន។ នៅក្នុងការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូន អង្គទូតបរទេសប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា អង្គការអន្តរជាតិ និងតំណាងអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍របស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (CLG) បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ចូលរួមស្ដាប់បទបង្ហាញខាងលើតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធ ZOOMផងដែរ ។
នៅក្នុងខ្លឹមសារនៃការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិបានបញ្ជាក់ជំហរយ៉ាងច្បាស់លាស់ និងប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ក្នុងការគោរព និងអនុវត្តតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃបទឈប់បាញ់ សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ព្រមទាំងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទាំងឡាយ ដែលភាគីទាំងពីរសម្រេចបានកន្លងមក ប្រកបដោយសុច្ឆន្ទៈ និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់បំផុត។ កម្ពុជាប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធី ស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ក៏ដូចជាសន្ធិសញ្ញា អនុសញ្ញា និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់ ហើយប្រឆាំងនឹងការគំរាម ឬការប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំង សំដៅស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយមួយដែលយុត្តធម៌ ត្រឹមត្រូវ យូរអង្វែង និងស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។ ទន្ទឹងនឹងនេះ កម្ពុជាសូមអំពាវនាវឱ្យភាគីថៃវិលត្រឡប់មកអនុវត្តវិញនូវបទឈប់បាញ់ និងសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពកម្ពុជាថៃដែលចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រោមការធ្វើជាសាក្សីរបស់ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិកដូណាល់ ត្រាំ និងឯកឧត្តមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី អាន់វ៉ា អ៊ីប្រាហ៊ីម ប្រធានអាស៊ានប្តូរវេន។

On the morning of December 9, 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia convened an urgent diplomatic briefing with 30 diplomatic corps and 3 international organizations, including representatives from the United Nations. During the meeting, the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border in Military Regions 4 and 5 was presented. This briefing was held following the recent acts of aggression by the Thai military forces against Cambodia. Such acts of military aggression undertaken by the Thai military forces violated the ceasefire and the Joint Declaration signed between Cambodia and Thailand. Starting from December 7, 2025, until today, the attack has been ongoing for three days now.
During the meeting, His Excellency Lieutenant General Rath Dararoth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of National Defence, also provided a detailed briefing on the current situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border in the presentation. The Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) of the Ministry of Defence of Cambodia also facilitated the ASEAN Observation Team (AOT) to participate in the briefing via the Zoom platform.
In the presentation, the Ministry of National Defence reaffirmed Cambodia’s firm stance and commitment to respecting and implementing the Ceasefire and the Joint Declaration between Cambodia and Thailand, as well as all agreements previously reached by both parties with the highest sense of responsibility and goodwill.
Rather than resorting to acts of aggression or the use of force, Cambodia firmly adheres to resolving disputes through peaceful means in accordance with international law, the existing treaties, conventions and agreements, so as to seek solution that is just, fair, long-lasting, and in compliance with the international law.
In this regard, Cambodia calls on Thailand to turn to honor the Ceasefire Agreement and the Joint Declaration between Cambodia-Thailand, signed on October 26, 2025, with the auspicious witness of the U.S. President Donald J. Trump and Malaysian Prime Minister, H.E. Anwar Ibrahim, in his capacity as the ASEAN rotating Chair.

It has been 134 days since 18 Cambodian soldiers were captured under the captivity of the Thai military.
Cambodia urgently calls on the Thai side to strictly, honestly, and in good faith uphold the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand, particularly paragraph 5, which clearly states that
“The Thai side must promptly release the 18 Cambodian soldiers” Cambodia also urges Thailand to respect and fulfill all obligations under international law, especially international humanitarian law, by releasing the Cambodian soldiers as soon as possible so that they may be safely reunited with their families.
It must also be underscored that the Royal Government of Cambodia has been and will continue to make relentless efforts, utilizing all available mechanisms for the Thai military to release and repatriate our 18 soldiers as promptly and safely as possible.
The Royal Government, the Ministry of National Defence, and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces will never abandon any of our troops under any circumstances.

Please be informed of the situation along the Cambodian-Thai border regarding the Thai military's actions, including opening fire on Cambodia's legitimate sovereign territory in the 5th Military Region, Banteay Meanchey Province on the morning of December 10, 2025:
•At 9:45 a.m., the Thai military used F-16 fighter jets to fly over the area of O Bei Chon commune and Poipet.
•At 9:50 a.m., the Thai military used F-16 fighter jets to fly over the Stung Bot roundabout twice, Poipet.
