Lots of that are perception based feedback we get from clients leaving.
The reality is, no service is perfect, it's true. And we work hard to keep improving our service for the past 4 years.
When outsourcing you have to understand that most of the time, you are outsourcing to get experience and training you don't have either the time or knowledge to implement.
You have to take that into consideration when using a service to outsource some part of your agency. It's a concession to make.
You cannot really implement your own strategy into another company services
