▫️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a group missile strike against the workshops of the Ukrainian defence enterprises manufacturing unmanned aerial vehicles and FPV drones. The goal of the strike has been achieved, all the planned targets have been engaged.

⚡️On 12 February, objective control means confirmed the use of attack UAVs and artillery by the Kiev regime to attack convoys of IAEA experts in order to disrupt planned rotation near the Zaporozhye NPP.

Previously, this rotation, which was supposed to take place on 5 February 2025, was also thwarted by the Ukrainian side.

The interruption of the IAEA rotation took place solely due to the deliberate actions of the Ukrainian side. For its part, the Russian military department has fully complied with all obligations to ensure safety and guarantee ceasefire in the area of the IAEA rotation.

▪️At 8:45, the Russian Defence Ministry's vehicles convoy of a working group that provides accommodation and security for IAEA experts travelling for rotation to the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant arrived at the meeting place previously agreed with the Ukrainian side in Kamenskoye (35 km south-east of Zaporozhye), and was 2.4 km south of the location of the direct meeting with IAEA experts.

▪️From 8:50 to 9:55, a reconnaissance unit, which was a part of the working group, inspected the road and the place where IAEA experts were to arrive.

▪️At the same time (at 9:30) a Ukrainian convoy with a group of IAEA experts arriving was stopped by representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 25 km from the meeting place near Novoaleksandrovka (15 km south-east of Zaporozhye) in connection with the reported shelling launched on the meeting place.

▪️At 10:05, after the end of the engineering reconnaissance, the movement of the Russian convoy to the meeting place continued. The IAEA meeting coordinator was informed about it.

▪️At 10:20, on the approach of the Russian convoy to the meeting area, the enemy launched an attack using a mortar (1 burst).

▪️At 11:15, the convoy was attacked by a Ukrainian FPV attack drone which exploded at a distance of 10-20 metres from the lead vehicle.

▪️At 12:45, the enemy launched artillery attack on the Russian convoy. Six bursts were recorded (4 artillery and 2 mortar bursts).

▪️At 12:55, due to the ongoing artillery fire from the Ukraine side and the inability to ensure the safety of arriving IAEA experts, it was decided to return to the working group of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation; at 12:56, the Russian convoy began to move in the opposite direction.

▪️At 13:05, on the approach to Vasilyevka (44 km south of Zaporozhye), the Russian convoy was attacked again by four FPV drones.

In total, the enemy delivered 12 strikes on the vehicle convoy of the Russian working group which ensured the meeting and safety of IAEA experts (4 artillery, 3 mortar, 5 FPV drone attacks).

The Russian Ministry of Defence's motor vehicles were damaged by shelling and FPV drones.

▫️During the day, the AFU losses were more than 270 troops, two tanks, one infantry fighting vehicle, two armoured personnel carriers, 13 armoured fighting vehicles, 16 motor vehicles, five artillery guns, three mortars, one anti-aircraft missile and gun system, one electronic warfare station as well as three UAV command posts and one ammunition depot.

▫️Since the beginning of hostilities in Kursk direction, the AFU losses amounted to more than 60,210 troops, 363 tanks, 263 infantry fighting vehicles, 213 armoured personnel carriers, 1,867 armoured fighting vehicles, 1,960 motor vehicles, 435 artillery guns, 48 MLRS launchers, including 13 of HIMARS and six of MLRS made by the USA, 20 anti-aircraft missile launchers, eight transport-loading vehicles, 108 EW stations, 15 counter-battery warfare radars, six air defence radars, 41 units of engineering and other materiel, including 18 counterobstacle vehicles, one UR-77 mine clearing vehicle, two bridge launchers as well as ten armoured recovery vehicles, and one command post vehicle.
