The first round of short-term training on Biblical Leadership and Peace-building completed successfully. The training was held for 10 days for 41 MK Church regional leaders and representatives from 39 MK Church Regional Offices in Ethiopia. MK Seminary organized and hosted the training in collaboration with MK Church's head office, especially with the Pastoral department. The training aimed to equip leaders with contextually relevant leadership knowledge and skills so that they would provide effective leadership to their regions and local churches. The training has covered diversified topics on leadership and peace-building. For the Seminary and the Head office, it is a good start to work collaboratively to build the capacity of the regional and local church leaders. The trainees acknowledged the MK Seminary and MKC Head Office for organizing and hosting the training. The final round will be held in July of 2022.
