Dior's Menswear Shows at Paris Fashion Week

British designer Kim Jones unveiled his latest collection for Dior Homme in Paris, sending some models out with blindfolds and drawing inspiration from the minimalist vintage looks of the 1950s. He began work at Dior in 2018 and initially introduced a younger streetwear-influenced look to the classic Parisian house. Believing that "gender doesn't matter any more", his designs are deliberately androgenous, featuring coats that transform into skirts, kimono-style dresses and jackets with bows.

The Art of Taxidermy: U Myo Naing
Taxidermist U Myo Naing was born to U Maung Win and Daw Yin Htay in Myitkyina in 1974.
When he was a teenager, he arrived in Yangon, the commercial city of Myanmar and did different kinds of jobs for his living.
At the age of 18, he started working in Yangon Zoological Gardens and learnt the art of taxidermy from his first mentors, U Hla Sein and U Paw Than.

Three-day ‘Bhaav-The Expressions Summit 2025’ in India

India’s largest art and culture summit, ‘Bhaav-The Expressions Summit 2025’ was launched in the southern Indian city of Bengaluru.
The three-day long cultural summit from January 23 to 26 kicked off with The Art of Living’s Sita Charitam.
The spectacular production brings together an impressive 500 artists, showcasing 30 dance, music, and art forms.
It will travel to 180 countries with a unique script curated from over 20 versions of the Ramayana epic and will feature songs from multiple Indigenous languages.

Dinosaur Running Contest at a Ski Resort in Northern Japan

A running contest at a ski resort in northern Japan has featured competitors dressed as tyrannosaurus and other dinosaurs.
Seventeen people aged from 6 to 60 joined the event, which was organized by the city of Tendo in Yamagata Prefecture.
The participants wearing colorful costumes were divided into two groups, up to elementary school age, and junior-high and older.
They ran at full stride along a 100-meter course amid cheers and claps from spectators.
