🚨MIT ILP HELPS ISRAEL MAKE SUICIDE DRONES🚨
PICKET THEIR ANNUAL CONFERENCE

📍Kendall Marriott
⏱️Tue Nov. 18th 9AM

MIT's Industrial Liaison Program brags about their collaboration with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). IAI is Israel's state-owned weapons manufacturer. It makes the bombs, missiles and suicide drones that terrorize children from Gaza to Kashmir.

Last summer, MIT hosted their chief weapons engineers to "exchange ideas" and "spark innovative collaboration". These scientists include Avital Schrift, former "Head of Missiles" and current VP for Research and Development. Avital developed (among others) the HAROP suicide drone. These drones murder entire families in Gaza.

IAI is attending MIT ILP's 2025 Research and Development Conference. We must stop the criminal weapons companies supplying Israel's sadistic assault on Gaza and Lebanon. Join the picket on Tue Nov. 18th 9AM at the Kendall Marriott; no tech for genocide.

The majority of students at MIT want our school to stop doing weapons research for the Israeli government. We do not want to do research for a genocidal apartheid state. No one has the "academic freedom" to aid and abet mass murder. Those that do should be shamed and hounded until they end it. This is not rocket science. It's an application of basic human values, scientific ethics, and critical thinking. Free Gaza, free Palestine, free all oppressed people, and long live the intifada.

BREAKING: MIT just covered its campus with 500+ AI cameras that direct to a name-searchable database. It's a $3 million surveillance system, which likely covers public street areas. It does object classification too, meaning they can track your clothes, backpack, and phone.
😡4
A month before this, MIT shut down 2 campus libraries and cut staffing at others. They blame it on a major "budget deficit" but still have money for surveillance. We know MIT police track and punish student activists for protests outside the normal disciplinary process.
😡4
Students: you can have MIT suppress directory information. If located in UK/EU+ countries (even temporarily), you can exercise right to be forgotten and object to data processing under GDPR.

But real change against this new AI surveillance regime will only come via organized mass pressure, potentially in coordination with our allies on the Cambridge City Council, faculty, lawyers, and labor unions. NO TO MORE MASS SURVEILLANCE!
