Tucker Carlson on Trump's Iran threats:
Unless someone puts the brakes on right away, we’re heading somewhere we can’t even imagine.
If you work in the White House or the U.S. military, now is the time to say no.
Absolutely not. Say it directly to the president: no.
If given the order, I’m not carrying it out. I’ll do whatever I can legally to stop this.
This is not hysteria. This is 100% real.
There are pivot points where nothing is the same.

Constant anxiety, over-stimulation by everything, excessive phone-use, has turned the vast majority into nervous freaks
We think it is normal because everyone behaves that way, but it is not
Do you even know someone that is truly relaxt? Truly content? Truly at ease in the moment?

all nonsense
no belief in any saint, also not in some saint who died on a cross (not for me nor for you), nor putting my trust in others will achieve that
only training your own mind and consciousness to surrender deeply and practice hard can do that
stop putting your faith in long gone sages that you do not even know, it is just a sign you are not taking responsibility for yourself

@Innerdevcrypto None of that will help anyone. But asking for forgiveness of your sins and believing in Jesus Christ as God incarnate who died for you because he loved you, and placing your trust and belief in him, will. You will enter into eternal life.

I guess the coins I like the most going into the new cycle are these:
1. $HYPE (perps, L1)
2. $TAO (AI, L1)
3. $NEAR (AI, L1, privacy)
4. $LIT (perps, the best bet on perps after HYPE)
5. $PUMP (memecoins, speculation)
6. $ZEC (L1, privacy)
7. $MON (new L1)
8. $MEGA (new L2)
New coins good, old coins bad. HYPE, LIT, PUMP, MON, MEGA has never been in a bull. Well, you could argue HYPE launched at the tail of the bull, but not a full cycle. TAO and NEAR are clear tokens in the AI narrative. ZEC is the "VC-privacy coin".
But tokens are not stocks, they have no value. Yes, and no. I think this is one of the hardest "dilemmas" of the new cycle. Betting on tokens in 2023 felt like a no-brainer. We all had hopes that our coins would make a comeback at some point. Now, in 2026, with an infinite number of tokens, it's harder than ever to pick something. There is a huge difference between a good product and a good token, and since most tokens are governance tokens, do we really need them? Maybe not, but it remains the main vehicle for speculation.
What about BTC, SOL, ETH? BTC should always be a part of a core portfolio, maybe SOL and ETH also, but I think the ones above will outperform compared to them.
Anyway, my gut feeling says that there will be something else that takes the spotlight, and that "the new thing" will outperform all of the 8 I listed. These are my thoughts today. Next week or next month I could already have changed my mind, so NFA and do your own research.

Initiation into hermetics, by Franz Bardon,
Why is it such a special book? Because it describes real practices one can do, alone, in detail, and how to proceed towards abilities and understanding most people would consider impossible. No bullshit, no hocus-pocus, just pure exercises one can validate oneself.
However, it is only for the most serious inner seekers:
- took me 1 year of various hours a day or practice to just understand the basics
- took me various years after that just get through the basic exercises, never got the advanced levels
- requires tremendous discipline, focus, and dedication, but results will be there — 𝕏

As a supposedly ¨spiritual¨ person, and especially being innerdevcrypto, and according to the heavily distorted image people project on people that do inner development, i am supposed:
- not have an opinion on anything
- not talk about anything
- not be tough or hard on students
- not live or do fun things
- am evil and ¨unspritiual¨ because i earn money through crypto
- should basically just sit in a cave as a statue, be silent, and only answer questions in the most focused way
- am distorted by posting out the parasites and criminals in this space
- should alway be 100% super balanced
- should posses the most magical and extraordinary abilities and have them on display all the time
As you can imagine, the only reason people project these kind of things, is because their own ego makes it seem impossible to advance on the inner path, convincing you to already give up before having started. All this projection is hence the perfect defense mechanism of your own ego
The only thing that matters, in the end, is if you turn inside, or not, alone. Nothing more. Do that long enough and you can literally figure out everything yourself with zero need of others or gurus or sages or projected fantasies on others — 𝕏

How to start pushing your limits without breaking yourself or giving up
Many people start an exercise regime, or meditation regime, or have ambitions or goals, and end up burning out, giving up, or not keeping it up long term
The main reason for this is that they push their limits too hard in the beginning
What one wants to do is stay in one´s comforts-zone when beginning and gradually push harder:
- simple example: if you can only do 1 push-up a day comfortably, you push yourself and do 1 extra, so 2. Next day 3, etc. If you can only run for 10 minutes, you push a bit an do 11 minutes. The next day 12, and so on. If you feel you you are straining yourself, do not increase the amount until it feels comfy, and you do more again
- same for meditation: if you can sit comfortably for 5 minutes, push a bit and do 6 minutes. Next day 7 minutes, and so on. If it becomes really hard...do the same amount for a while before increasing
- mentally: ask the why of the why. Who is the one thinking: ¨me¨. Who is observing that me. ¨Well, some observer apparently, and who is that?¨. Etc. Keep pushing until your mind fatigues itself, and push a bit more and let it go. Go deeper like this with self-enquiry every day until there are no more questions and the mind surrenders completely
- same with chi gong or any other energy-practice. If you can really move energy for 10 minutes, push a bit more and do 11 minutes. Next day 12, etc. If you cannot push more and keep feeling energy, you reached a plateau, and stay at that plateau until you can increase it again. Step by step
- fasting: first one day do not have breakfast. Next week same day no breakfast and no lunch. Next week whole day fasting. Month after: 2 day fasting. Month after: 3 day fasting. Cut it out all carbs and sugar slowly during normal eating days. Again, step by step
- dark room retreat: start with 12 hours in the dark. 3 months later 24. 3 months later 2 days, and keep building it up
- reading: first 10 minutes every day, then 15. etc. Until you train yourself to at least read 1 hour a day
- same with learning how to trade of any other skill: slowly at first, and build it up
You get the idea, like this you have various physical, mental, energetic, spiritual, work routines, that you gradually increase in intensity every day over many years while staying the course.
Strongly in favor of pushing your limits, but i have seen too many people give up on exercise, inner work, retreats, ambitions, goals, or leave for example 10 vipassana retreats (big fan) because they could not keep up the intensity in the beginning
To give a personal example: after years of physical, mental, energetic, spiritual training. I can now comfy sit in silence for many hours a day, do a 10 day dark room retreat with no issues, can run or swim 1 hour a day with no problem, lift serious weights, and do hours of chi-gong, while the mind is empty of questioning. Reading many hours a day, answering dm´s, all automatic with zero stress. Been building this up already since my ¨breakthrough¨ in my early 20s, step by step, and can now comfortably say i am now stronger and fitter than ever before
So yes....push the limit, every day a bit, but make sure you do not break yourself
Good luck — 𝕏
