As a big fan of the show of consciousness

And a big fan of the fact that consciousness is the base layer of the simulation we call ¨reality¨

I must admit that even i am impressed by the drama/show been put on recently.....

Damn....what a show. Seems the whole world is on the verge of some major economic infarct due to an obviously severe emotionally underdeveloped clown-figure running a declining superpower while the rest of the world is like ¨what are you doing, what the f**k is going on here¨

😂😂😂

In times like these, i prefer to read my favorite geo-political books 👇𝕏
People are like ¨your life is so easy, you just do what you want, got money, blablabla¨

All nonsense, my journey was tough and i encountered countless obstacles as well, inner development wise, and crypto-wise, and nobody´s journey is easy

- people i tried to help were so far gone i had to send them to a clinic for help, some even killed themselves
- took hard focus to collapse the ¨I-identity¨ by being alone for 1,5 years in my early 20s, after years of suffering
- 10 years after that alone on a mountain basically to stabilize that realisation
- saving every cent i earned until i could deploy it in opportunities, and lost countless amounts in crypto as well
- some people i cannot or could not help, their problems were or are too heavy
- got family members with severe illnesses
- had to leave the mountain due to threats and security issues when this account became huge

of course after collapsing the ¨I-identity¨, my life is ridiculously relaxt and easy-flowing compared to others, but still, just as the above showed, EVERYBODY encounters difficulties in their life, the big question is:

- do you give up?
- do you keep going?
- are you perseverant?
- do you focus on what really matters, figuring out what that ¨I¨ is?
- do you not want to be a herd-slave?
- do you have what it takes to be different?
- can you say no when it matters?
- are you willing to read and study hours a day?
- can you reduce your life-style to a minimum to build capital?
- are you willing to suffer and still keep going to get to your goals?
- and then integrate it all for years to learn how to really live an exceptional life?

So if your life is tough. Do not give up. I have been there as well. Keep going — 𝕏

How people in crypto, and outside of crypto, can still support Trump is just bizarre. Not saying the democrats are better, but let´s just look at the long list:

- Trump & family & co have sucked billions out of crypto, through various coins: Trump, Melani, Wlf, Trump cards, all has gone down the drain in price while they max extracted

- insider trading. With the info that daddy will post something on truth social or announce this or that action, billions can be earned insider trading stocks, oil, etc. Family´s net worth is sky-rocketing, and this is obviously not because they are so smart

- pardoning criminals, like CZ, probably in exchange for payments or help with illegal insider trading with crypto

- obviously an immoral low intellectual person. The man can barely read without losing his concentration, needs intelligence briefings reduced to a tweet size, not to mention the countless women degrading things he has said

- launches this war as a pet to Netanyahu probably manipulated by the threat of epstein file releases. There is no definitive evidence yet that he has been there, but still, with his track-record with women, would not be a surprise it is aweful, and with the files still not fully released, obviously very powerful people (incl him) stop it

- never read a proper book on geopolitics, strategy, or philosophy and launches a war without thinking about the long term consequences at all

- a fragile ego that cannot take any counter-argument. Smart people surround themselves with smart people that know how to give good counter-arguments, to debate, so a proper conclusion can be reached. He only wants flattery for his ego, and if things goes wrong blames others like a little child. Literally the man has the most infantile ego and primitive emotional state of basically any world leader

- the incessant posting and talking every day, only an insecure person that has zero silence in their minds does that

- the non-stop eating of junk food

- does not realize the importante of the US-allies system. Even insults Nato, EU, and Arab leaders and drives them straight to China

- talks about war as if it is fun, deserved, some kind of game. Only mentally ill people do that

- makes up blatant lies about negotiations and imagines outcomes. This is borderline behavior or a delusional disorder

----------------------------------------------------------

Pretty brutal realisation for many (also in crypto), that the world would have been probably less worse off with Kamala in the white house. And yes, i know, the democrats are awful too, Biden was senile too, but the speed at which Trump is dismantling american power is just so staggering that any alternative would be less bad, corruption so blatantly normal now that people think it is just allowed and normal.

Now has he done some good things imo, reducing illegal immigration, promoting the economy, re-industrialisation policies, things like that. Yes. But the way many of that is done is also blatantly corrupt and immoral often and insignificant to the damage he is doing to the position of the usa long term. A large part of the world is disgusted by this man, and rightly so

In short, if you vote an immoral clown-like idiot in power, this is what you get. By the end of his presidency, the usa will be in total decline, any reputation that was left in the world gone, and he´ll go into history as the worst president ever, with this Iran war the biggest mistake ever — 𝕏

but if you think Trump is really the one calling the shots, is that you don't really get what is happening.

@Innerdevcrypto You realize you have a lot of opinion and moral high ground for someone who claims to be a spiritual human being?

you point out one of the biggest distortions people have of people that are ¨awake¨, can ¨see themselves in everything¨, ¨have opened up consciounsenss¨, are ¨spiritual¨

- as if they cannot have an opinion on anything
- as if they should go live in a cave somewhere and just be silent
- as if we should just become silent buddha statues and sit under a tree

one thing is assessing a situation, another is being emotional attached to it
same with the ego, or the physical body for that matter, one cannot live without it, the key is not being emotionally attached to it

same with opinions, analysis, posts i do, things i see, people i help. i do it, but not emotionally attached to it, that is the difference. I live in the world, just not bothered by it anymore — 𝕏

In addition to this popular post on how to fall asleep fast and easy: x.com/Innerdevcrypto…

Some more tips:
- put a pillow below your feet so your feet are a bit higher up than your legs
- magnesium bisglycinate or l-threonate 1 hour before bed
- go for walk 1 hour before going to bed, easy walk, no phone etc
- if you suffer from too much heat at night, do not tap your feet with a blanket at night, your feet will be cold the first nights, but after a while you will not notice it anymore and that will serve to regulate body-temperature

- close your eyes, really feel your eye-lids and imagine them being just insanely heavy. Imagine you can barely open your eyes. Try to open your eyes and just feel them too heavy
- feel your body, really go into the fatigue, as a spiral down, just follow the spiral of fatigue down...you get more and more tired with every spiral down...let yourself go — 𝕏

Not every story has a happy ending:

- 26 years old
- born in an Irish family with 8 brothers and sisters, parents had a large eco-farm and were pretty radical hippies
- result: most kids rebelled against this healthy secluded life-style and ended up with all kind of addictions and problems when entering normal society
- he contacted me when he was 23 years old
- left his family at 18, made millions in poker, became an addict to alcohol and drugs, spend most of his money on parties and hookers in las vegas and other places
- got nasty eczema and rashes due to the unhealthy life-style
- started using topical corticosteroid cream, used it way too long, so his body stopped producing cortisol, been using it for years while one should only use this for like a week
- depressed, sad, almost all money gone, but the low cortisol was just keeping his body in a very low energy state
- contacted me for help, staid at the mountain for 3 weeks a couple of years ago, but his suffering was so heavy that even ultra health living, meditation, daily guidance, was not enough
- recommended he went to a clinic, which he did, for professional help
- he send me an email sending gratitude that i tried to help him, but he could not take it anymore, and he was going to end it on his day off from the clinic. I quickly contacted a friend of mine that knew him, saying to take him back to the clinic. He had already killed himself overdosing on sleeping pills

@Innerdevcrypto he bears the consequences of his choices. he could just have made his millions and selected one vice among hookers, alcohol and drugs.

everyone suffers the consequences

but in my humble opinion also everyone deserves a second chance at redemption and healing, that is the main reason i run this account and try to help where i can

some people are just very far gone....or too depleted

and no...selecting one vice is not the solution. one has to cut it all. forever — 𝕏

@EmberedKn1ght
@Innerdevcrypto @cronosbro Do you believe being too far gone is a choice?

Why do some endure more than others?

Why do some give up sooner?

I personally believe you’re only too far gone if you believe you are.

A man can only redeem himself first by the belief that for him it is possible.

for example, in this case, his physical body was in such a bad state, his hormonal system so messed up, and his cortisol production so low, that it really takes an extraordinary effort to recover from that

sometimes, people simply do not have enough energy left to do this effort

now the vast majority of people have the resilience and energy left to recover, but some do not

i have also seen damage in heroin junkies, or fentanyl addicts, that is so extensive that recovery is an incredibly tough journey that some simply won´t make

then again, i am an optimist and have seen extraordinary journeys of healing, including my own, so i always encourage people to keep going — 𝕏
China did it right:

- start building manufacturing base of cheap products using abundant domestic coal energy
- enormously expand this manufacturing base and move 100s of millions to cities while getting the West hooked on cheap Chinese exports
- do not take any imf or worldbank loans
- ignore western overtures for financing, build out domestic payment apps
- ignore western tech apps, again, build out domestic ones
- ignore wokism, keep culture intact
- limit foreign immigration
- spend surpluses on creating stellar infrastructure
- do not engage in wasteful foreign wars
- rapidly build higher tech manufacturing capabilities
- keep crucial industries home-based: energy, rare earths, steel, metals
- start building a large gold reserve with surpluses
- build a large oil reserve
- build a huge diversified energy supply to electrify everything. more power is the goal, and everything is ok: coal, solar, nuclear, all of it. ignore climate change alarmists
- go all in on the tech of the future: ai, robotics, humanoid robots, solar, ev´s
- national effort to educate the young generation in ai & robotics
- build huge rail infrastructure
- stay quiet while your biggest rival, usa, destroys itself with wars, debts, stupidity
- huge manufacturing base of drones and missiles can keep US forces at bay in case of Taiwan issues
- keep going on this path until China is basically Singapore x 100
- focus on hard work and improving society (infrastructure, education)
- create national purpose
- in time nobody can deny anymore what the most powerful country of the world is

of course, it has its weak points: low birthrates, social credit system, and many other things, but still, impressive what has been done in 50 years. Looking forward to visiting again this year — 𝕏

Preparation for death

The exercise to prepare for death is one that i invented myself and practice regularly:

Obviously we can all die at any moment, by accident, surprise, illness, stroke, or in time through old age, but since it is such a crucial transition point for the ¨I-identity¨ and consciousness, i practice this various times a week

1: lie down in a comfy spot: bed, couch, or outside in nature

2: become aware of your physical body, consciously inhabit your whole body

3: now go deeper and feel the energy in your body, that delicious tingling warm feeling (if you cannot do this, do the exercises in this book every day twice for 30 minutes a couple of weeks and you can feel it: cdn.preterhuman.net/texts/body_and…)

4: once you can feel the energy all over your body, a strong pressure will appear, surrender to this pressure, go even deeper, like a spiral down, until you barely feel your body and energy anymore. This takes many weeks of practise, so be patient and persistent

5: in time, you will feel a pressure at the top of your head, a light coming in. surrender to this light and allow it to flow in. This is the famous ¨light¨ so many people talk about that appears at the moment of death, in christianity called ¨the holy spirit¨

6: completely surrender to this light. In time, after many months of practice, you can simply lie down, close your eyes, totally surrender, and time the darkness behind your eyes will become pure light

7: now utterly let go and allow the light & void to absorb you

This is the perfect practice for death. On the moment of death this light appears, and if you can totally surrender to it, the cycle of re-incarnation will be broken and your life´s goal completed. On the moment of death, you have the last chance for enlightenment, and you can prepare for it like this

Now this is not easy and requires practice and dedication. Obviously when real death comes, especially in tougher situations, it is very hard to suddenly do this. But practice leads to mastery. For more information on the states after death, read ¨the tibetan book of the death¨ or investigate the bardo states.

Anyone doing the 7 points above can in time verify what i describe

Good luck — 𝕏

@Innerdevcrypto love what you do mostly but gotta say, I've looked at some of these and the standard of teaching is not nearly as good as the current insight tradition of mindfulness....much more content and teachings are more pragmatic

on the contrary, insight tradition of mindfulness is way too limited on the energy side, these are not — 𝕏
@raver_science
@enjojoyy great question. perhaps @Innerdevcrypto has worked this out

by making Zen (realizing who you really are, what the ¨I¨ really is) your greatest ambition

but if you refer to ¨normal ambitions¨ in life: more money, power, wealth, health, better job¨, obviously they are totally unimportant on the Zen path, hence why real Zen monks practice 10 years alone in monastery and stay totally detached from this

and even after that....if you still have ambition or to do something in the world, it will be from a state of detachment, joy, not from greed or desire — 𝕏
