what does this mean for mint?

nothing. we will keep coming back, we arent going anywhere. BUT i think, we wont come back to discord because its just way too much effort & trouble.

we are now going ALL IN on getting WEB released as soon as possible, then we will make a gateway discord server later and redirect everyone to the web.

WEB will allow you to restore your deals on there as well if anyone is concerned about that. SECURITY is our no.1 focus atm. we want to get a quick, safe version released so it may not be optimal, but it will be heavily improved over time.

we will also eventually end up adding lf exch and lf buy on web, as well as other things.

very unfortunate but we appreciate that you guys keep sticking around with us, and we heavily apologise for what is happening, discord ban evasion detection for some reason suddenly got INCREDIBLE, but mint is NOT going anywhere, and we will keep coming back stronger.

ok so we have taken absolutely EVERY possible measure to prevent us getting detected as alts. we will create a new discord server later today. we might not post the update on our telegram, nor update the website with the latest link in case they are tracking us.

what we will do instead is just pull people VERY slowly to our server (1k members per day, so will take approx a week for all our members to get pulled), and if you want to find out the latest invite to our discord server, ill post our staffs telegram @'s here, and you can dm them directly to get the discord invite.

the reason we are doing this is because people have deals that need to get restored, and web still needs more time to be complete.

so
1. a LOT of other server owners are getting hit with 'platform manipulation' if they try restore now, good news because it at least means we havent been targeted yet
2. turns out this whole term bs IS because of the ntts video (also good news because it means discord didnt update their systems too much, we were just being manually targeted for a while, can easily be avoided over time)
3. the 'platform limitation' seems to be TIME BASED rather than MEMBER BASED. meaning, no matter how many members you pull, you will likely get limited either way. what does this mean? this means we can create maybe 3 mint servers, do 3 large VERY FAST pulls, accept the limitation and after 3 days we should be completely fine because we wont get limited again, since we won't repull

so, what does this info mean for mint? it luckily means that what we have been experiencing is not as bad as we thought, and is just likely a temporary cycle, started because of ntts.

now that we know this, we can implement measures in place to NOT get detected or flagged for ban evasion. also, we can create multiple servers and do FAST, MASS PULLS and then get limited, on multiple servers at once.

knowing this, its a bit of a relief to know that discord isnt fully screwed YET (but web will still be coming). we can likely continue to operate on discord for a while longer, if we play it smart, with BOTH lf exch and lf buy.

ill keep you updated but ill likely get started on making 2-3 new servers tomorrow, and running a big, fast, different pull on each one of them. all of them WILL get limited for 3 days, but at least we will be able to operate until web gets released. once the 3 days are over, we should be fine for an extended period of time. the only issue we have to consider is how will people deal between each other between multiple servers, but we will figure out a solution for this 👍

Just as an update for you guys, dw we are still incredibly hard at work on web! we are literally putting 12-14 hrs per day and will continue to do so until the web is released.

website, funds & anti-scam security is, without a doubt, our no.1 focus. we estimate that we might be able to get a fully tested release ready automm web for the 23rd. yes, some features will be missing that was present in automint v3, because we had to release this as fast as possible but we promise they will all get added & more in following updates asap. that includes lf exchange, mintmp, lf buy alternatives, multi crypto support etc. web is a lot more exciting though, since we have full access & ability to be creative, not constrained by discord infrastructure or api.

we seriously appreciate your patience, mint has been through much worse before but we always make it out better off in the end. we understand our market, and we will make web incredibly easy to use & share for those who want to remain using discord. mint is NOT going anywhere anytime soon, ever.

Entirety of Automint is being transferred over into the web.

For domain verification, a link will be attached to all the web hosted Automint deal transcripts. That way, no impersonators can scam people 😄

Only LTC and Sol will be enabled rn, Other networks will be gradually introduced in the coming days.

ok wow that was an incredible amount of work we had to do (16+ hrs of work per day from me and hilfing for over a week 😭) and i think we built a really great initial product, obviously its still work in progress because we had to get something massive coded in a bit more than a week. lots of things will be added/changes in following updates, so dw.

website security was our biggest focus for this project. we also put a lot of focus into website performance, for lower end devices, while making sure it looks nice. but the website is packed full of initial features, which im honestly ultra surprised we managed to do within such a short amount of time.

we just finished coding all the main stuff today. tomorrow we will do a final review/audit of the entire website, lots of testing. once we are done with that, we will get quite a few website exploiters and web devs to try break into & exploit our site to see if we have any security vulnerabilities.

i think most of you will like what we made, and will like even more what we have planned to be released in the coming months. I honestly think this year, mint will blow the fuck up, if everything goes to plan of course. maximising client privacy and safety will be our long run focus.

we are still hoping to get web released tomorrow (23rd), probably near the end of the day, but I will warn that its a possibility it could get pushed back maybe to the 24th or maybe even the 25th. all depends on what happens during testing/beta testing.
