📢 Important Update from Ministry of Mines - IBM Notification (25th July 2025) ⛏️
The Indian Bureau of Mines has issued a new notification regarding non-refundable fees for submission of Mining Plans under the MMDR Act and MCR, 2016. 📜
💰 Revised Fee Structure:
🔹 Up to 10 Ha: ₹5,000
🔹 Above 10 Ha: ₹25,000 per sq.km or part thereof
🔹 Special concession: For Barytes, Feldspar, Mica & Quartz (≤10 Ha) - ₹1,000 (if submitted on or before 31st Dec 2025)
This supersedes earlier notifications dated 18th May 2016.
🗓️ Effective from: Date of publication in Official Gazette
