Ukraine’s parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, adopted a law on virtual assets on Thursday, referring regulation of the market to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission and the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
The law classifies services related to the circulation of virtual assets as financial services and is subject to presidential amendments, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
Ukraine adopted the same law in September 2021, although it was then vetoed by the country’s President who proposed amendments, including the regulation of virtual asset transactions by the country’s stock market regulator.

ETH was able to hold the $2350 major support and bounced from there. ETH breaks both the resistance of $2500 and $2600 area. ETH is now holding above $2600 which is a good sign. The next major resistance is the $2750-$2760 area and if ETH breaks this level then we see an upward move towards the $3000 area.

Russian defence ministry warns of ‘high-precision strikes’ in Kyiv
Ukraine’s Foreign Affairs Minister Dmytro Kuleba said a “barbaric” air strike hit directly in front of a government building in Ukraine’s second-largest city, Kharkiv, killing an estimated 10 people, according to Ukrainian emergency services. Meanwhile, a large convoy of Russian troops was seen near Kyiv and Russian forces have reportedly entered the southern city of Kherson.
