Minecraft Bedrock edition currently has second network protocol - NetherNet. This is not a simple raknet fork, this is absolutely another network protocol.
NetherNet currently can work in 3 modes: WebRTC p2p, WebSockets over WebRTC and standalone WebSockets.
Previously it was used in MCEE for connecting between servers, but now it is also used in MCBE. From 1.19.80 XBOX Live multiplayer has 3 options for playing: NetherNet p2p, RakNet p2p, RakNet via mojang servers. If p2p variants are unavailable, all traffic will go via mojang servers.
Also, NetherNet is proprietary, currently no one has big amount of information about it. As i think, everything sent by NetherNet is encrypted with SHA256 key, also all information such as packets and etc. shit is already included deep into protocol.
Some information for server developers:
Don't be afraid! NetherNet CAN'T replace RakNet in all, because WebRTC has BIG amount of problems
ALL of this information was received with reverse-engineering game code and network traffic, I can't guarantee that all of this information is valid
