So don’t focus on fixing your state—focus on finding meaning. Meaning is the core around which everything else builds. To get started, ask yourself:

→ What am I waking up for?
→ Does my work truly satisfy me?
→ Do I feel alive in my life right now?
→ Out of all possible things to do, what genuinely resonates with me?

Excuses like “I have no energy” stem from a life without spark. Remember how you’d jump up and rush to meet friends the moment they called—even if you were dead tired seconds before? That’s because you saw meaning in it. And where there’s meaning, energy follows.

As Nietzsche said: “He who has a why can bear almost any how.”

Stop comparing and envying.
When you compare yourself to others or feel envy, you're essentially giving away your energy to the person your thoughts are focused on. Meanwhile, you're left feeling drained, lowering your own vibration. If you catch yourself tempted to compare, shift your focus: What have you accomplished in the past few days? What steps have you taken toward your big dream? What can you do right now to bring yourself joy?

Happiness rituals.
Create a personal list of things that truly make you happy. Fresh flowers? A walk in the park? Yoga? Maybe all of the above? Refer to this list daily. What can you do today to nurture your own joy?

Living in the moment = living in peace.
Nothing is more real than this second—this very instant. Fear, worry, and “What if?” have no place here. They belong to the past or the future. The present is pure calm.
